This is an awesome place to live. The staff is wonderful and does everything they can to make this the best place to live. It's a great community with reasonable rent. We have lots of activities that they can choose which you desire to participate in or not. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to respond to any needs with a smile on their faces. We absolutely love living here.

I've been here almost a year. Have met some amazing people. Staff and maintenance are great. Usually very quiet as there is a quiet period. Close to most pickle ball courts

I love living here. I live here with my parents. They're loving it here also. The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is lots of activities to do. I have met so many great people here.

I've lived here since shortly after the facility was open. About two years. The staff here is tremendous. They are very friendly and helpful. Like any new facility there are issues, like flooding yards after heavy rains, but they are addressed in the timely manner, and the staff is always willing to work with you in an effort to fix any problems. Maintenance people are fantastic. They do a great job. Very friendly and efficient. Building is in tiptop shape, and the grounds are well maintained. The residents here are great people, very friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. There are a lot of amenities and activities to do here. Such as games every night, taco Tuesdays, and potluck dinners put on by the residence, always a fantastic meal and great fellowship. There's a game room and theater room where I love to watch golf on the big screen. We have a great big pool, and a therapy pool, two outdoor TVs and two gas grills for cooking out which is great. You can dip in the pool between Flippin burgers Come join us at the Vista, you'll love it here! I do, and so does my 93 year-old father !

I recently toured The Vista at Rayzor Ranch and was impressed with all the offerings. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I love all the floor plans. I really liked all of the amenities and the location was well located for all my needs.

I was always taught to look for the best in people. To ask for the best and expect nothing less. Well, I found that with the office staff at The Vista I had trouble with a "wet" lawn for many days and the staff helped helped me with the problem. They are GREAT!!

This is a brand new apartment. There have been a few things that need repair as I moved in, but they were addressed so fast it was scary. I love how friendly the other residents are. I am SO glad I moved here!!!
