This place took great care of my grandmother during her two-week rehab stay for a broken arm! She always felt like they went over and beyond what they should have, the general staff were friendly and helpful and the PT/OT department did a great job with helping her heal so she could come home to us! Personally I felt the staff where always friendly & the residents seemed happy and well cared for. I would recommend!

The staff is great and caring. The constant change of owners and constant breaking down of elevators makes it very unsafe and the owners don't give a damn.

Very pleasant staff and they are very attentive!

The Vintage needs to hire an Activity Director soon..so the residents have things to do there that are enjoyable!

The residents are cheerful and engaging. They appreciate one another and the staff. The staff are devoted and dedicated to caring for those in their charge. The staff willingly and lovingly do the very hard work of caring for those who no longer can care for themselves as they would wish. Sacrifice and selflessness, not perfection, exemplify the staff. They work hard every day to provide a meaningful experience for the residents.

My mother has been living in this facility, on the assisted living floor, since approximately February 23 and we could not be happier with the staff and facility. Everyone is very nice and professional from the CNA's to the director. The facility is an older building, but it is well maintained, clean, and secure. You can feel good about having a loved one in this nursing care establishment.

I have worked in the nursing home side for 8 years now. I love it here. The staff are amazing and love the residents. Our staff are dedicated to patient care and helping each other. Under Nursing Home Compare, we are a 5 STAR FACILITY

My mother stays in the nursing home side of the facility. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The biggest concern I have is the smell that worsens as you walk further into the facility.

This facility is absolutely wonderful!. The staff are all so helpful and caring. Most of them have been there for several years, including the administrator being there for 26 years! Thats almost unheard in this business. Needless to say, Im extremely impressed and would recommend anyone send your loved one there for either short term rehab or long term care.

The Vintage is a wonderful place. I recommend to anyone needing care. Nice staff, clean facility, and good food. Highly recommend.
September 2020
The Vintage has always been friendly and attentive to my family members. There have been times when I thought that they dont get tended to quick enough, but i also realize that there are many that need tended too. Of course Ive been unable to visit during this time of covid, but what I always liked was that the turnover for the employees that work with my family is low. These people have always been personable and friendly.

I went in for a tour and the admissions woman was nice and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions. My mother is in another long term care facility and I'm ready to get her moved over!

Great staff, great care! I recommend The Vintage to anyone who needs rehab or long term care. Thank you!

Great place - holds a special place in my heart after graduating from UNT and working there for several years. Longevity of staff and leadership is key and this place has it.
June 2018
I visited this morning, and I liked it, except for one big thing---the Menu. The food is what I would call home cooking, which in this part of the country means foods high in fat, high in cholesterol, high in salt, and high in sugar. For breakfast every morning, its scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage or cinnamon toast. I will show the menu to my cardiologist and get his opinion. But for those who are obese, pre-diabetic and have high blood pressure, the menu is not healthy. And it lacks variety. This is what cafeteria style means.
