A small, clean and friendly community. This is one of my top favorite places to work. You see Team work from all the Staff including management. The DON, Administrator as well the Chef will help without having to ask. As a Healthcare worker it’s rare to see management get on the floor and help. This is the second community in my 5 year career to witness such. Most importantly I find that management really does care about its workers and will show their gratitude on a daily basis. Gratitude goes a long way!!! Over all Grayson Place is very welcoming with totally good vibes.

Bigger is not always better.The one thing I like about working at this community is it is small, which allows me to give the residents the attention and care that they deserve.The food is really good both cooks do a great job in the kitchen.Also working with a group of Great people.Working with fellow Caregivers, Cooks, Housekeeper, Maintenance, Activity Director and Marketing Director as a team we all strive to care for the residents with compasion, respect and dignity. We are not perfect and we will make mistakes however at the end of the day we really care for our residents and we do the best we can to make ALL of our residents happy.The ED is awesome and makes sure the residents are getting the care they deserve. Educating the family members, giving them the resources they need to deal with transitioning their loved ones from home to our Community.Working here and seeing the changes my Excutive Director has made, makes it a good community for seniors and a good place to work.

I have found Grayson Place, and the Wonderful people who work there, to be very loving and caring. They go out of their way to care for everyone who is resident there AND their families. The community is just the perfect size for all the attention and personalized care each resident is given.I, not only, would highly recommend Grayson Place but I would love to live there myself someday

When my mother lived alone she was having major confusion and problems taking her medications. What I like here is that it's a small community and was very easy for her to feel at home and get to know everyone personally. I know that you can't pay someone to love your mom, but I feel like she is genuinely loved and cared for here. Her meds are back on track and she has done a complete 180. She was meant to be here.
