It was over a year since I last visited. The staffing was much improved and very friendly and helpful. They all knew my aunt and spoke her name when addressing her They truly cared for her. It made me happy.

OMG! Let me start by saying thank you to Ms.Peggy & Derrick and everyone from the night staff! First night was awesome hard work but love the people there friendly helpful and kind I think I found my career here with Hillcrest as a night CNA and I'm thankful to be apart of a awesome team they welcomed me with open arms I truly feel at home so Thank you again for this opportunity HillCrest Of North Dallas.

Derrick and his team were amazing they are taking care of my brother they are going far and beyond to care for him. Hats off to Crystal who is amazing and showed she really cares for my brothers well being. Thank you Derrick we greatly appreciate you and your team. Also I was able to conversate with Jim the administrator who is very professional and understanding.

I gave this facility a one star rating because of the horrible service given to the residents. You pay for certain services but they do not give you those services. Therapy is great but the lack of nursing assistants are extremely bad. No administrative support for the residents. No way to contact the residents. Have called the police, Area on Aging, Adult Protective Services, and the Ombudsman multiple times. They do not answer residents call lights.
