Caruth Haven Assisted Living has provided a lovely facility for my sister to reside. The entire facility is very comfortable for the residents. They have daily activities to keep those interested active, as well as offering a good menu served in a nice dining room.

My mother was at Caruth Haven Court for many years and she was blessed to become a centenarian at Caruth, where the occasion was celebrated with grand style! She received care from many capable caregivers, who saw to her every need. Many thanks to all who cared for her and to the administrative staff that oversaw the operations during her stay. I want to personally thank Joy and Billy for their excellence in nursing and making sure that I was notified when anything large or small came up with my mother's health and wellbeing, Kiesha, Willam, and Grace, who provided timely provision of her medications and oversaw the care that she received from the care staff. The hands-on providers of loving care to my mother are truly the unsung heroes of Caruth Haven Court. There were many over the years, but the ones that come to mind to specifically thank are Ethel, Dizebena, Hawa (both of them), Toyin, Tayo, Mariam, Hirut, and Victoria. The staff that provided wonderful meals to her are to be commended as well. Carmen, Luis and Chef Alicia many thanks as well. Cynthia, Marty, and Kadie, in activities, provided meaningful opportunities for my mother to engage in her best life. I could go on and add many more names, but I will end with this. Our experience at the community was excellent, and I am glad that I chose Caruth for my mother. She was at four other communities over the course of her long life, but the best was saved for last when I chose Caruth Haven Court.

I visited this lovely community and met the team and many residents. The dining room is beautiful, and residents were enjoying a very nice breakfast. The model apartment was larger than I expected. The residents in memory care were doing an activity and staff were really engaged with them. I would consider this community for my mother.

My Mom has been staying here, and I want to give Caruth Haven Court the highest recommendation. I love it here and so does my Mom. Everyone is so nice and helpful from the maintenance staff to the Nurses. My Mom needed special care and I feel she got everything she needed. I use the in-house Doctor and I would highly recommended him also (Dr Rivas). I used the Dental service as well and they were also great and I recommend them. Caruth is a smaller community and it feels like home. Anyhow, I’ve been as happy as one can be about a place like this, and I hope whoever needs help finds it. Thank you ™.

My mom was a resident at Caruth Haven Court for a little over four years. The community is a great size - big enough to have all of the resources and amenities, but still feels cozy and homey. My mom enjoyed the on-site salon, the on-site physical therapy, the lovely dining room and food, the activities, and the specially planned outings. While we were there, they made several updates to the downstairs spaces, which turned out great! The staff is wonderful - we loved Kiesha, Joyce, Dee, Annabel, Marty and Billy. The director, Laura, is wonderful, professional and responsive. I do feel like there could be better communication from the director of health and wellness, but communication is not terrible. We were so sad to leave, but my mother needed more hands-on care and attention so we moved to a much smaller care home with only 6 other residents. We will miss all of the people, amenities, activities and community feel of Caruth Haven Court, but this is what she needs now. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

I visited and researched several senior living facilities in our area, and I’m so grateful that we selected Caruth Haven Court for my mother. She didn’t want to leave her home but, soon after moving in, said I like it here! Over a year later, we are still pleased and happy with our decision. The staff is kind and takes good care of her, the facility is well maintained, and the food is good. Mom enjoys her new friends and the activities, and she is proud of her apartment. Getting my parents into Caruth Haven was the best decision we made for then when they began to require more assistance. The staff are caring, they have daily activities, happy hours and weekly field trips to keep them engaged. The grounds are kept very clean, the dining selections are varied and allow residents to choose their meals in a comfortable setting. I have been thankful for the leadership of Laura Allegro, these past years have been a challenge. Thank you Laura, Ms Cynthia, Marty, Carmen, Annabell and Keisha for all you do! Recently visited the Caruth Haven Court - the facility, the team, the food and the environment were all outstanding! Some members of the staff have been there more than 20 years and they rightly take great pride in that longevity. Seeing it live and not just on a website was powerful and pushing to open responsibly let us experience the warmth that is evident.

Getting my grandmother into Caruth Haven was the best decision we made for her after my grandfathers passing. The staff are extremely caring, they have daily activities and weekly field trips to keep them engaged. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean, the dining services are also top-notch and allow residents to choose their meals in a sophisticated setting. I also know my grandmother is taking care of, safe and in good hands which is a huge blessing to me and my family. The year of 2020 created an enormous challenge for assisted living communities around the world; however, I have been amazed at the leadership from Laura Allegro as she has handled this crisis with a level of responsibility, class and dignity that allowed Caruth Haven to come through this year as well as any other facility in the world! Thank you Laura and thank you Caruth Haven!

Our loved one is an Alzheimer's patient, and the staff at CHC has been attentive, caring and accommodating to us. We have a beautiful room overlooking a lovely courtyard. Despite the challenges of Alzheimer's, the staff has persistently worked with us on health and medical issues, and our loved one is quite happy there.

Where do I begin? The care my mother received was excellent, and Caruth Haven Court was "my" home, too, while my mom was a resident there. I felt welcomed, encouraged, and became friends with so many caregivers, residents and family of other residents. I had my mother's "Celebration of Life" there when my mom passed away... it was perfect, and just the warm place where I wanted to say goodbye to my mom. I continue to get together with other adult kids that I met there, what a bond! I could not recommend this community more highly!

CHC is bright, modern, warm place. I appreciate that my parents are always greeted by name; that there is a long tenured team; good food; a bus that takes them on weekly field trips; a caring nurses/doctor team; and a quick response by the staff for any of my enquiries.

The quality of the food and the health services have deteriorated since the community was bought by Discovery Senior Living. The communication with the residents and their families is almost nonexistent. My mother has lived at Caruth Haven for 9 years through several owners and a revolving staff. We would not choose this for her residence now.
