My grandmother was a resident at a couple other facilities in the years before we found Village Green. She spent the last years of her life under their care and I couldn't have been happier. Speaking from personal experience, I don't believe in our situation that I could have found a better place for my dear grandmother. They were answer to a prayer and a blessing!

The great comments and ratings stopped nearly two years ago. The great management stopped about one year ago. Please please please listen to the family members and workers to get back to that phenomenal home we were attracted to years ago. We need more home-cooked hot meals, more hygiene attendance, communication. Please.

Hello all reviewers! Id just like to say that i have been in the CNA field since 2018. It takes a huge heart and privilege to get to work with dementia residents.its a blessing to get to work with a company that not only makes you feel loved but makes your loved ones feel at home.it requires emotional investment. they cant always say thank you but the emotions, love, and smiles are all the ways they say thank you in my heart.Ive worked in many dementia facilities through out my career. i feel like i have connected better with Village Green management then i have in any other place i have had the privilege to work at.Yes we come to work to help other peoples loved ones.. But at the end of the day they also feel like our family because we make a bond with all of our residents.They impact our lives just as much as we impact theres ❤

When I applied to work at Village green Cypress 3 years ago, I didnt know that I was getting a loving family as well as an amazing place to work! The residents are a huge source of daily blessings, and the staff are wonderful friends. As far a management- owners go, I have never known a more kind hearted group of people, they cherish their residents and their devotion and love for those in their care is a constant reminder- example of what memory care should be. I am so grateful to have found village green , they are the model of compassion in their field.

My visits to the Cypress facility have all been very positive, noting particularly the extremely helpful and pleasant attitude displayed by the care givers. I was recently impressed by the willingness of a young lady to help me take my sister to the hospital for a small cut on the back of her head. Kudos to her and all of the staff who treat my sister with kindness and respect.

We moved both of our parents to Village Green – Cypress and have been very happy with that decision. The staff is top notch! They truly care about each resident and they also care about the residents family. Any concern is addressed right away and the management works diligently to help any way they can. Being able to drop by at any time provides us with the ability to get to know staff on each shift. This 16-resident facility truly feels like a home and everyone is treated as family. We get to know the other families and support each other by sharing things weve learned or experienced that someone else may just be going through. Overall, so happy to have found Village Green!

My Mom has resided at Village Green Cypress for 2 1-2 years so this is an updated review. A person with Alzheimers does not recover. They continue to decline in their mental and physical ability and the staff at Village Green understands the challenges Alzheimer patients face each day. They provide friendship, love, care and concern for the residents. They physically do everything for my Mom, but yet they make her feel important. Besides the obvious of making sure Moms physical health is good, our daily goal for Mom is that she is happy, content and loved. Its a tough decision placing a family member in a facility, but Village Green is not a facility, it is Moms home.

My mother has been at this facility for over two years. She is currently in her upper 90s; however, there are others there who are much younger. Although I do not have another facility to compare Village Green with, I have been very pleased with the care there. I have heard stories from other family members of their heartaches with other facilities, and I feel blessed we chose Village Green right from the start. The caregivers there are wonderful, and although, there has been some turn over in them, many have been there since the facility opened. They seem to be lovingly focused on the tasks at hand. My mother does not complain about the meals or any of the caregivers, which makes me feel happy about the choice I made for her. I believe the organization is well run and that they put the needs of the clients first.

Village Green Cypress is an amazing facility. I moved my husband there from a personal care home and I cannot express how much we have been blessed. He is well taken care of, they care for him like he is a member of their own family. When you walk in, you feel welcomed by the warm environment and always being greeted when I arrive. Best of all, it is not a big facility that your loved one would get lost in. It is small enough that the caregivers are never very far from the residents. So thankful that we found Village Green Cypress!!!

I am so glad to be able to be apart of Village Green , all the employees here are a pleasure to work with and to be around. Anna is an amazing person have in building as our supervisor. She is very professional toward the families and goes out of her way to make sure every family understands everything. I recommend this place for your loved one ! Village Green meets and exceeds every standard of care. My father who is a resident there calls Village Green Heaven! He has been in several different care facilities and this place is off the charts in comparison. Village Green actually does what they say they will do for your loved one. If you are looking for a memory care facility that will meet your loved one where they are, care for their needs individually, treat them as a unique person and worthy of love and care than this is the place for you. If you want a facility that sees their residents as tasks to be done, than this is not the place for you. You will not regret joining hands with Village Green. They will treat you and your family like their family. I absolutely love this place.
