I placed my father here just less than a year ago, and I can honestly tell you that this is the BEST assisted-living/memory care facility, that you will ever find! Truly! The staff is great. The nurses are wonderful. I was very reluctant about putting my father into a nursing home but once I toured the facility and researched everything about it, and trust me, I researched it so much, they probably thought I was with OSHA. LMAO! I found nothing but good things about Woodhaven Village and my father absolutely loves it here. They let him keep his dog here. They have a great chef that cooks wonderful food. They’re always calling me asking me if my father can go somewhere such as out to dinner for the evening or to an Astros game. They really try hard to keep your loved one busy or involved with the community. Matter of fact. Just today, they had a dog show for everyone. It was great! The director of the facility is absolutely amazing! She is a huge asset to Woodhaven Village. Everyone there is truly amazing “except Kyle”, 😜😂 and there friendly, and very helpful, and not to mention, the price of a room is fantastic! If you’re looking for a place you can trust, I guarantee you’re not gonna find a better place than Woodhaven Village in Conroe.

I am a music volunteer for the Memory Care (and sometimes Assisted Living) at Woodhaven Village and I must say, this is a fine facility. It is lovely, good food and very caring staff. Jessica, the Lifestyle Director for Memory Care and all the staff I have met do their very best to provide a loving and stimulating atmosphere for their residents.

As a nurse, working with this facility has been a great experience. The care they show for their residents is evident, especially within the memory unit. I’d absolutely feel comfortable with my own loved ones living here.

We found at Woodhaven a real home so that we will never have to move again. They provide for whatever life brings. Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We found the staff to be caring, attentive to our needs, and concerned about our welfare. Whispering pines provides compassionate, devoted, and loving care for dementia patients. There you are treated as family. We enjoy the freedom to participate in a multitude of activities and receive well balanced and healthy meals. The residents her become instant friends who truly care for each other and look forward to their time together. Thank you Woodhaven, we are Home!

Mom has been at Woodhaven since August 2017...leadership, staff and the team of caregivers are 110% committed to providing quality care and daily attention. The facility and amenities are perfect...but the people are what make it comfortable and inviting!!

Just updating. My mom moved here 2 years ago and has never regretted it. Truly awesome place for seniors. The staff are constantly friendly, kind and helpful. Food is always good, plenty of activities and the staff are real heroes throughout these Covid-19 times. Plus, Special mention for Independent Living director - Joe Moore, thanks for making moms life so much fun.

Weve been residents at Woohaven Village for over 3 years and could not be happier with our decision to move here. We love our apartment and the other accomodations. But, what we are most pleased with is the caring staff who go out of their way to make our time here fun and pleasant. The staff has been incredible during the virus, helping us make the best of a difficult time. They really care for us. Also, we have made a lot of really good friends with other residents that we enjoy being with during meals, playing bridge and socializing in the pub.

The staff is friendly and warm. You get a feeling of home when you walk through the door. I never have an uneasy feeling or worry that my brother will not be taken care of. He is happy, well taken care of and thriving.

My husband and I cant say enough about this loving and compassionate facility where his parents began their journey in assisted living in 2017. Eventually, Mom transitioned to Memory Care and Dad stayed by her side where she passed away surrounded by excellent care givers who helped us each day with their direction, love, kindness. Dad is still there today back in assisted living and really does call this his home. He enjoys playing pool and is looking forward to their outings when everything opens up. The administrators and staff have shown great direction and strength throughout the COVID crisis keeping him safe and cared for during this time. Joe and I highly recommend Woodhaven Village and the various staff members from administration, medical, meal preparation, and housekeeping who always treat my father in-law (who really is a father to me) with kindness and respect. Everyone is always available to us to address any questions and concerns that we may have regarding his level of care. We are so happy that dad is safe and loved and if you are looking for a HOME for a loved one, you really should consider Woodhaven Village.

My moms journey has not been an easy one. She was in assisted living (at another facility) before checking herself out and moving back home. I finally convinced her that she could not live at home and she moved to independent living in the Woodlands. She didnt like that one, so we had to move her to another one in the Woodlands, she didnt like that one either and thats how we ended up at Woodhaven. My mom is very much like the princess and the pea! She enjoyed independent living there. Due to declining health we have had to progress through assisted living and then into memory care. It has not been easy, but Woodhaven has been nothing but gracious and helpful throughout this difficult time. They have an incredibly difficult job and their ability to graciously care for my mom has just astounded me.

My father has been a resident in the Independent Living community for over two years and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to meet his needs and treat him with respect. The facility is modern and well maintained. There is a nice variety of activities offered. I live out of the area and I am kept well informed about my fathers well being. That is priceless!

Woodhaven Village is the best option for assisted living in North Houston. As a partner in home health, Ive spent almost 20 years providing care for seniors in ALFs and Woodhaven Village is where Id put my family. The team of professionals, lead by executive director Steven Nastasi, maintain a safe, clean and social environment for seniors especially during the recent pandemic. As a healthcare marketer, I have experienced many senior living communities. When it came time to place my father-in-law we chose Woodhaven Village not because of the beautiful, amenity-filled facility it is (although it is), but because of the care they provide. I believe the tone and attitude of employees is set by the leader. The Executive Director here truly cares about not only the residents, but the employees as well. My father-in-law was allowed to bring his dog which has been a major contributing factor to his successful transition. The staff care about and love my father-in-laws dog as much as they do him, which means so much to my father-in-law. We also appreciate the lengths that they go to in keeping the residents safe.

Devotion Hospice has been working with the team at Woodhaven Village for a couple of years now. The professionalism, care and compassion by the entire team is amazing. Our team enjoys working side by side with this amazing team.One of the most amazing things we can say about Woodhaven is during the time we are providing hospice, the fact that the most vulnerable time in a patient and families life, they all still want to praise Woodhaven Village and they are all so happy that their loved ones have a place they can call home.

Woodhaven has been a blessing to my family. The love and care they have shown my parents has been amazing. They moved in 2 1, 2 years ago into memory care then they lived in asst living for a year until my dad passed in April. Woodhaven was so helpful to move my Mom back to Memory care and through all her ups and downs she has received excellent care. All the staff shows her love and care so dearly and professionally. Thanks especially to Robin and her staff for always being available and watching out for my loved one. Every aspect of living in a home is good, from the food, assisting my mom to eat, to activities. She is always looked after and encouraged to participate. Thanks also to Devotion Hospice for all they do helping us during this stage of life. I have recommended Woodhaven to lots of my friends
