I recently came to tour this facility for my grandmother, and I have to say that I was very impressed. The moment I walked through the door, I felt very welcomed! It felt like being at home. The Christmas decorations were all up and looked beautiful. I sat with the sales manager, and she listened to all my wants and needs that I had about my grandmother, she then walked be through the building to show me some layout options that would be suited well for her. After the tour I was introduced to the Executive Director, and she was very pleasant and answered all the other questions I had as well. The building is going through some construction right now, but you can tell it is going to be a wonderful change once it is completed. I have to say that after all the tours I have competed for assisted livings in the area, Lewis Park is where I want my grandmother to be. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the people living there all looked happy as well. This is a place I know my grandmother would love to call home.

I am a current employer, our community is not just home to our residents but feels like home to the employees as well. We have several staff members who have been at this community 20 plus years! We are dedicated to these residents and truly love what we do!

Executive Director provided the best of information in comparing what was received from other places and then introduced family member to her wonderful management team as they worked the step in getting my friend’s mom moved to Lewis Park to live in her new home. She is loving it and is telling her friends about her great journey to her new home. The care is excellent and everyone is very pleased.

My dear mother-in-law lived at Elmcroft of Rivershire for 4 years, slowly transitioning into needing more and more care, starting in assisted living, moving into the memory care wing, and then hospice. The entire time she was treated with kindness and respect by all of the sweet caregivers, medication technicians, and directors, even though at times she could be difficult. I cant thank them enough.

I dont know if you have ever had to place a loved one into an assisted living facility. It is a very heart wrenching and scary thing to have to do. For her own safety we had to place my 93 year old mother in-law into Elmcroft of Rivershire. My husband and I tried our best to take care of her ourselves at home with us but it was getting to where she was doing things on her own or trying things on her own that could have ended up landing her into a hospital. She needs around-the-clock care. We met with Shelley the director of Elmcroft and went on a tour and met many of the staff that 1st day. My husband and I were very impressed we even got to meet some of the other folks visiting their loved ones in Elmcroft and they gave 5 star reviews. My mother in-law has been in there now for a couple of weeks and we have gone to visit with her and everyone there is so nice and so helpful and mom seems to be taken care of greatly her room was clean, she was clean, she was up and dressed and shes moving around a lot more. So for now I have to give Elmcroft a 5 star rating. If need be I will come back and update this later but from what I can see and know right now Elmcroft is the place that you want your loved ones to be. PS they are very safety and healthy conscious during all this COVID-19 stuff so be prepared to have to follow their guidelines.

One of my former clients resides here after a horrifying time at another conroe facility. Their Xmas party was enjoyable and delicious food. His room is kept clean, he is dry and enjoys the people in memory care. As any facility it has its issues from time to time but overall worth the money and peace of mind.

I have had a great experience at Elmcroft of Rivershire with the care of my Mother. I am so thankful we decided to make Elmcroft of Rivershire her new home after her husband passed away in 2016. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing care for the elderly.

I have lived at Elmcroft for two years. I had fallen and broken a hip and after the hospital, went to rehab for a couple of months, so my daughter had to find me a place to live since I was unable to return home by myself. She told everyone that I was going to hate her for making me go to Assisted Living, but I was totally surprised at how much I truly enjoyed my new home and all of my new neighbors. The staff helps me with anything I need help with and treat me like family! This is a wonderful place and I am so lucky to call it home!

Honestly there is good and thing that need improvement in any facility. My mom was at Elmcroft for a very short time last year. I felt management and communication was sub par. The owners have changed since then and while my mom is not longer there, I am hearing through friends with loved ones at Elmcroft about changes made. I find pricing more reasonable than other places. If I had a need today, I think I'd pick Elmcroft again.

Mom was there for 6 months while on hospice. I can not say enough about the staff. Very professional and caring. I have been in other nursing homes before and always hated the smell of urine. This place was always clean. Food was delicious and plentiful. In moms final days they checked on her every hour. Honestly the place was way cheaper than the others and I was thinking the quality would not be as good. I was drastically wrong. Your loved one will be in good hands here.
