We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. Watermere at Woodland Lakes offers independent living for seniors in Conroe looking to enjoy their retirement years. Residents have as much independence as they want and get as little or as much care as they need.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Conroe staff members. The printed materials and the oral information I received were well organized and seemed to present the facility and its programs in an understandable fashion. Marissa was courteous and well informed. She explained the somewhat unique organization and programs at Watermere. The facility tour was brief but adequate to show the very positive elements of the building.

I worked with Jenna to obtain information and scheduled a tour for my MIL. The facilities were beautiful, and Jenna was amazing! She was able to answer all questions, offer additional options as we talked about my MIL's needs and was just very helpful all around. Highly recommend contacting Jenna for assistance if you are in the market.

This is a great place for retirement. The staff was friendly and patient. Especially when my mother developed dementia after moving there. They helped us find a assisted living facility for her and made the transition a whole lot less stressful. 5++ Stars. A special thank you to Terri and Jenna for all of your patience and help.

It was such a relief when my sister and I found that our hopes and expectations for a place for our father were met by the staff at Watermere. Jenna, Adrienne and Sheila have gone way above and beyond the call of duty, not only to meet my dad's specific personal needs, but to reassure myself and my sister about all aspects of his residency. They have made a specific effort to keep us informed as to what activities, dining solutions, etc might work best for him. It has been a surprisingly pleasant experience for all of us! I was expecting this to be quite difficult, and thanks to these ladies, it has been easy, and smooth, and peaceful. Thanks to you all!

My mother has been living at The Watermere at Woodland Lakes for 8 months and loves it. The staff is to be commended for the care of it's residents and the facility. We looked at several facilities before choosing The Watermere and couldn't be happier. They work with the family members to make sure all goes well for the family member who is the resident . The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept. It is a very safe environment. For those residents that no longer drive they have a bus which takes them to the grocery store, Dr. appointments, Walmart and field trips. There are many activities which the residents can participate in and they can socialize with one another in one of many common areas including where the meals are served. If you are considering a place for yourself or your loved one look no further. Go to The Watermere at Woodland Lakes and see for yourself. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.

My wife and I have resided here at Woodland Lakes for almost one year. We love how the amazing staff and executive director take the time and effort to ensure that every community member loves their residence, are involved in the variety of activities offered and are treated with dignity and respect!We feel safe in our community primarily because the staff is transparent and consistent with safety protocols and security updates. The staff at Watermere Woodland Lakes takes very excellent care of all of us including Shelia at the front desk and Lauren in food service. They all do their best to protect us during this Covid pandemic. Their job is not easy and I thank them for their daily care. It has been a great place to live and I appreciate the folks who live and work here.

I love living here at Watermere at Woodlandlakes! When I announced my retirement a year ago, I was told that I would be so bored and would probably regret my decision. I can honestly say that I have not had one day of boredom since I moved in. So many Activities to choose from.I enjoy Bible Study, Faith-Based movies on Monday evenings, Line Dancing, Team Walking, Aerobics, Spanish Bingo and meeting and making so many wonderful friends. We are one BIG family and I am so blessed to be a part of it.Thank you!

Watermere at Woodland Lake is a beautiful facility. Waiting in the lobby and seeing residents smiling and socializing with each other was very pleasing. And having residents seeing me waiting and starting conversations on how happy they were and how friendly the staff is was a fun experience.

My husband and I feel blessed to live at Watermere during this time. The staff is terrific and had only our best interest at heart. We love our apartment and were helped when we made the decision to change to a one bedroom.. Many activities to keep anyone busy thus slowing this thing they call the aging process.

Such a wonderful and beautiful atmosphere! From the entry all the way to the lake in the back! Very loving and caring staff and the manager is great and is very helpful her name is Claudia! What a beautiful community! What a caring staff! I stopped by to spend time with my very sweet but hard to please Aunt and guess what? She is happier than I can remember in years. She promises that she is receiving excellent service and making new friends. (She appears to be eating well too.. I noticed a few well needed pounds that werent there the last time I saw her) 🙂 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. How nice it is to know I have one less thing to worry about Thank you Ms. Lowery and all her staff at Watermere for keeping the community safe, engaged and well fed!

Watermere is a wonderful place to live. The entire staff is friendly, cheerful and always helpful. There are many activities in which one can participate. The apartments are well designed. The community as a whole is laid out well with elevators and stairwells conveniently located. Transportation to shopping and to medically related appointments is wonderful, especially for those of us who no longer drive. Special events are regularly planned during holiday periods and in between. This was especially true when the Covid virus kept us restricted. The primary concern here is the safety and well-being of the residents. I am truly grateful for all the care and amenities, and plan to live here for as long as I can be independent.

I am really enjoying my new HOME at Watermere at Woodland Lakes. Staff and residents are helpful and friendly. Even with COVID still around we are able to safely interact and have plenty of ongoing activities. I am thankful that I moved into this community. It was a wise decision!
