I have worked here for 10 months and I have seen a lot of people come and go. I can tell you with absolute certainty that each and every person that has come through those doors have been treated with respect, decency, and love. They are treated as human beings. There may be a few bad apples working here but they are weeded out. Just like every other business it has its ups and downs. No establishment is perfect, but they do try and do whatever they can to make the family and resident happy. They understand that families like things done a certain way and we out of the way to make it happen. The best part of the job for me is honestly the love I get from my residents. When they see my face and break out into a smile it makes all the other difficult parts of the job worth it.

We have an amazing culinary team with and awesome bake sale every month! I love Ellery Arbor! The resident associates are great with every resident they take care of. I have been there since March right as COVID hit. I love talking with our residents. Ive adopted so many of them now as my grandparents. I treat them as I would my own grandparents. Everyday is a new day and its exciting and fun to come to work. My name is Caleb but they all call me something else as if weve been relatives or friends for 30 years. I love our residents, I love Ellery Arbor, and I love our Sagora Family. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for memory care options to bring them here.

I have had the best experience at Ellery Arbor Memory Care. From the moment you walk in the door you can tell that they go above and beyond for their residents. The community is beautiful and well cared for. The Executive Director was very friendly and made sure all the residents needs-wants were met. All the employees seemed truly passionate about what they do. If you need a place for your loved ones, look no further!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Ellery Arbor. It is such a loving setting filled with bright lighting, a home-like atmosphere, loving staff, and fun activities. Charlotte makes sure that all is taken care of and treats everyone like family. Take a tour and meet some staff and you will see why it is so great.

My husband has been here for 3 1-2 months and is doing well. Hes eating much better and has actually gained weight. The staff is so good at trying to get to know him and tailor his care just for him. Its pleasant to come here everyday and visit him. Its just like a family home!!!!

Ellery Arbor is a beautiful community, the openness of Main Street and the three neighborhoods give Ellery the perfect balance of a big small community feel.The location is great, close to a few restaurants stores but still in a hidden area with privacy good parking space.There is quite a few associates who have been employed at this community for over 5 years which is great, taking in consideration this is not common in this field. Our culinary department has great food, families associates are able to purchase meal tickets for a reasonable price. Our residents daily snacks meals are seem very healthy and well balanced. The scratch kitchen method is not something every community offers.n the lifestyles department we offer a variety of activities, something for everyone. Crafts, movie popcorn in our theatre, exercise, dominoes, art, brain games, socials etc. Now that the weather is warming up we are looking forward to baseball games, picnics trips to the botanical gardens. Our residents also enjoy going out to eat enjoy shakes at Braums. We often have family nights-days a great time to have all of our families residents gathered on Main Street enjoying music great food.As an associate in my opinion the benefits are good, but I am comparing this to what Ive had in the past. I do enjoy working at Ellery. I know there is room for improvement as a team we are working on improving not only our community but ourselves to better serve our residents families.

Walking in the first time to Ellery Arbor- I was impressed with this amazing, unique community the second I walked in. My Mom is so happy, more at ease than she was before. My Mom likes the food and every time I come into the community there are associates and caretakers involving the residents in meaningful activities. The community is structured so that the residents are free to walk around freely, while at the same time safety being a key factor. Safety was my concern and I am beyond satisfied with everyone here. Ellery arbor memory care has turned into such a blessing for my grandma. The community is clean and well cared for. My grandma loves the food and activities offered for residents, and I love the satisfaction of not having to worry about her. The staff at Ellery Arbor came through for us in the midst of a very desperate situation. In less than 24 hours, we had a beautiful room for my mom. Not only did they expedite everything to get her in promptly, they even arranged for a Jack and Jill room for my dad to join her shortly thereafter! Mom is a new person since moving to Ellery. She is joyful and participates in so many new activities. Mom and dad are together again and we couldnt be happier. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Our family loves Ellory Arbor and how the staff goes out of the way to make family feel welcomed and special. Today we celebrated a family birthday in the private dining room so we could be with our loved one and Bridget went above and beyond to make it so absolutely special for us all.
