Absolutely fantastic facility. The staff is the most caring, friendly, and loving people I’ve been around. They take care of each resident like it was their own family. They maintain great communication with the medical providers coming in/out of the facility and provide tons of activities and opportunities for the residents to stay active and busy. Cannot recommend a better place.

We made the difficult decision to place my mother in assisted living. I initially made contact with Santa Fe Trails a few years back as I was trying to have my mother live closer. She finally agree to assisted living earlier this year and she fell in love with Santa Fe Trails. After a few roadblocks with her health beginning in early July 2022, we were finally able to get her moved in to Santa Fe Trails. The staff there, Debra, Cyndi, Twila, Roy, Ray, Tom, etc. have been absolutely wonderful. It feels as if my mother is living with family. I have been there when the caregivers are with my mother and they are so sweet and gentle with her. Any questions or concerns are quickly answered and they have been awesome. I am less stressed knowing my mother is in great hands. My mother is happy and they keep her busy with a lot of activities. The facilities are outstanding and inviting. I am so happy with our decision to have my mother move in and could not recommend Santa Fe Trails enough to anyone thinking about moving there or having a loved one move there.

I am a proud employee of Santa Fe Trails. All the care partners work together on each shift to accomplish the things that need to be done. And the residents bring to the table a wealth of knowledge and are willing to help get things done. I've worked in alot of places but here at Santa Fe Trails it's about teamwork and family. And making each day count for the residents and memories to look back on. I'm glad to have come to work here.

Santa Fe Trails takes great care of all their residents. The food is great and all the activities keeps everyone active. The staff is always caring and helpful to the residents. If you have any concerns or questions, just ask and they will take the time to assist. So glad my Dad is here!

We took our four year old along with other family members kiddos to Santa Fe trails to trick or treat on Halloween this past year. Very sweet, caring staff and members. Excellent care facility, in tip top shape! We were very pleased at how clean and nice everything was as we traveled through the facility with our baby girl. Exceptionally clean and great atmosphere!

I have worked at Santa Fe Trails for 6 months as the Activity Director and for 1 year weekend Receptionist. I have worked in many different areas of this super clean and beautiful building and with other great employees. All the employees here help in any area needed and are a great team. I have to say Santa Fe Trails also tries to change things up to meet all expectations of our residents. I have never seen a group of employees care about our residents as if they were their own family. This would be my dream retirement home.

My aunt, Loudyne Pinkerton, has been at this amazing assisted living facility for over two years. She has dementia, which is a progressive disease. I feel that she did not decline as fast as she could have because of the wonderful staff that kept her mind active. She has recently been placed in memory care. She still knows who we are! I have made so many friends with the residents and the staff. If you are in need of a place for your loved one, Cindy and her staff are the most welcoming people! Go by for a tour!!

I have visited Santa Fe Trails on a few different occasions, and it is one of the best facilities Ive seen. The staff is very attentive and caring. It is also beautiful and extremely clean each time I have been.

I have volunteered with this facility for 6 months and currently still volunteering. This facility is very clean, friendly and helpful employees. I eat two meals each day I volunteer. The food is good and the residents are awesome. I work with the activities and they keep me busy.

I have visited Santa Fe Trails on three different occasions. This is one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. I have been to numerous facilities but none compare! Staff have been very friendly and professional each time. There are many planned monthly activities that bring about a sense of community within Santa Fe Trails. I have seen staff engage with residents during bingo, family nights, and a day of shopping. On each occasion, I have felt that staff were very nurturing, accommodating, and respectful to the residents. Great place, great residents, and great staff!

Sante Fe Assisted Living is such a warm and cozy environment... Staff members are so pleasant and very polite and the atmosphere is so delightful and in my opinion its very difficult to call it an facility just because it honestly feels like home away from home!!!! Trust me Im a home health assistant, and I have seen a lot of them that I couldnt rate at all- However I felt the need to say if you have a love one that needs a little more care or if you know one is tired of the hassles of daily chores, Well I strongly recommend trying out this loving and sweet non stressful environment- Rest your fears aside and let these sweet professionals help you out... Im very thankful to have an opportunity to have met the loving staff of Sante Fe assisted living!!! I will be rating a 5 Star...
