This has been the most rewarding job I have ever had in the health care industry! Every employee here is so genuine and compassionate and goes above and beyond to make each life they touch a little bit better. I am so proud to call Brisol Park at Cleburne my home away from home! I enjoy seeing all of my residents every day and getting to come to work at a place where laughter is heard through the halls and smiles are seen on every face! We toured this facility yesterday for our father. They bent over backwards to help us to afford their services. The facility smelled and looked clean. The residents we did see looked happy. All the staff we met were very friendly. Our father loves animals, they have goats and donkeys (not in the rooms lol) across from the entrance. I really think he will be happy here.

I want to give a shout out Glorianne, Linda Munoz, Rebecca, and Sarah for their caring attitudes and willingness to always help. Thank you to all the new staff on the memory care side who were so kind and understanding during my dads final days. I wish I could remember the names of the ladies there for my dad during those final 24 hours. I am sorry I dont remember names. I know a couple had just been there 4 days. It was such a stressful time and we are grateful to have had such caring staff to be with him. Lori Weber

Attended a social event there and was VERY impressed with facility and staff. I have always heard good things and got to witness it myself. Very friendly, clean, and they even have a goat and donkey feeding area!!! I will recommend this facility to my friends.

I am the Valeo Director here at Heartis Assisted Living & Memory Care. For those that dont know, Valeo means to thrive. And that is exactly what I have seen the residents do here at Heartis. I had a resident that asked me if she could please go shopping for a new wardrobe for the summer. That question just filled me with excitement!!! So I made a phone call to her daughter and let her know what her mom was wanting, we worked together and made it happen!!! When I told the resident that we would be going shopping, her face lit up with one of the biggest smiles Ive ever seen. When we got to the clothing store, the resident began to pile clothes on my arms 🙂 I showed her where the fitting rooms were and she tried it all on. A few outfits later and back home, she called her family to let them know about the new outfits she had purchased. This was a very rewarding experience.

My grandmother moved to Heartis a couple of years ago and it was just OK. In November a new company took over and there was an immediate difference. I appreciate how well they take care of my Nana.

I absolutely love working here. The facility is beautiful, the employees are nice, and I LOVE the residents. Seeing the residents happy and engaged in the activities makes my day brighter. I bring my 4 year old grandson here to feed and pet the goats and donkeys in our farm. He also loves Miss Brandy.

Words will never be enough to describe this last 9 months and the role you have played in it. This has been the challenging time for my parents and family. My mother has dementia and my dads health had changed quickly. I believe God led us to you. It felt right on the first visit, then my moms statement when she said, I am Home. I think it was God speaking through her letting us know this is where we need to be. It is comfort knowing that my parents have caring people around them. My mother is on the memory care side and my dad was on assisted living. Every person on your staff past and present is amazing. They are all loving and caring individuals. They keep the facility clean. The food is excellent, and they have activities to keep them active and busy. The care givers and med techs at Heartis are the heart and soul of the facility. They treat my mother with love, respect and they care for her daily needs. They help her bath, get dressed and undressed at the end of a busy day. They ensure she eats, takes her medicine, and know that she is loved. They make sure she shows up for exercise class, and then for the activity of the day. This facility has been a blessing to my family.

My Dad spent the last couple of years of his life at Heartis Cleburne. We believe the staff went above and beyond to care for him, and they expressed genuine affection for him. Also, the residents kept and eye out for Dad, and made sure he participated in everything he could as he was in a slow decline. We are more than just satisfied with his care.

My mother and I came in for a tour today for my grandmother and grandfather. I do have to say I have never been in a facility that looked so beautiful and smelled great!!!. Heartis is by far the most beautiful facility that we have toured. Not only is the staff very welcoming, the marketer Priscilla was way beyond helpful and so very sweet. We walked in thinking we were going to be rushed like the other 3 places we toured. Priscilla took her time with us and was very empathetic about our family. I give heartis a 5+.
