I recently visited The Enclave at Cedar Park and was very impressed with the beautiful community, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly team. During my visit, I had the opportunity to spend time with the Executive Director, Casey, it was immediately clear how passionate and dedicated he is to creating an exceptional experience for residents and their families. Casey's leadership and commitment shine through in the culture of the community. The staff were warm and engaging, and there was a genuine sense of care and connection throughout the building. It's easy to see that resident satisfaction and quality care are top priorities here. For anyone exploring senior living options in the area, I would absolutely recommend taking the time to visit The Enclave at Cedar Park and experience the community firsthand.

My review would have been negative had I given it a week ago or even yesterday. Communication has recently been less than acceptable. Today has renewed my feelings. I’m leaving this review as the in-law of a current resident who recently experienced a large rate increase due to her changing care needs. For the last few weeks we have been trying to get answers. We finally got them. While it was difficult to hear and not something anyone looks forward to, I truly appreciated how honestly and respectfully we were communicated with today. The time was taken to explain why the increase was necessary and how the additional support would help keep my family safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Even though the news wasn’t easy, the transparency and explanation actually made me trust them more. It’s clear they aren’t just making decisions lightly or without thought”they are looking out for my families well-being and being upfront. There have been a lot of changes since my family has moved in. A lot of directors that we first met are now longer there, this has taught me that’s not always a bad thing. The food is better, the programs are fun and engaging. The clinical team, especially the nurse is proactive, knowledgeable and most of all caring. She makes my mother-in-law feel like she’s family and never a bother. Thank you to this team for renewing my faith in senior living.

My mom moved to the Enclave in Cedar Park in September 2021 at age 92. From the beginning the great restaurant dining that was promised by sales failed to materialize. The excuse given was the pandemic. The food was poor quality and residents frequently waited 30-45 to get waited on because there was not adequate wait staff. The tables are so crowded together (because the Enclave couldn’t or wouldn’t hire enough wait staff to open the other dining room) that it was dangerous for residents using walkers or scooters to navigate between them. Thank goodness my mom did not need any assistance in her apartment. She was mobile and able to take her own medications. There was CONSTANT turnover in all areas including management. We gave 30 day notice, moved Mom to Brookdale (wonderful!)in June and now are fighting for the 1/2 month refund we are due. The incompetence at this facility is truly unbelievable. Don’t move your loved one here!

We're marking a year since relocating my mom to memory care here at The Enclave at Cedar Park next week. It's been a year of firsts for us, realizing how sharing the responsibility of her care with a devoted and professional team has opened us up to more love and kindness than we imagined. Before she had been in her room 30 minutes that first day, our decision to choose The Enclave was validated when Kat knocked on her door and invited her to an activity. Mom, whose enthusiasm for activity seemed to have waned months ago, was eager to have some fun. We were impressed, and have marveled so many times over the past 12 months at how full Mom's life is here. She is safe. She is cared for. And she is loved. Our thanks and appreciation for this cannot be fully expressed in words. Please know that we recognize work the staff here does is physically and emotionally demanding. There's not much positive feedback from residents. And every time caregivers turn around there's another resident to help, redirect or attend to. It's a lot. No team is perfect every day, but we can't imagine a better one. Leadership matters, and CiCi is always responsive, patient and professional. She is the heart and soul of Mom's unit. She does her job in such a calm and capable manner. She has won our admiration for the way she juggles day-to-day duties with a never-ending to-do list and the responsibility of keeping a team's heart and minds in the right place. Life is really hard. Sadness is part of that, and we're stuck in more than we imagined. Know this memory care team's smiles and teamwork make it easier. Thanks for being who we needed.

My mom moved into assisted living at the Enclave. She later transferred to memory care. Thankfully Cecilia G. was the director for both departments while my mom was in each. She cares about the residents and their families. Sadly my mom passed. I will never forget the kindness the memory care staff showed me while I was there with her and after.

My parents moved into The Enclave at Cedar Park a month ago, and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. The staff members are extremely helpful and have obviously been well-trained about various senior needs. The facility is clean, and the activities are interesting and interactive. There are numerous food choices each day for every meal. The indoor common areas are so beautifully decorated, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to gather as well. It is a real relief to know that my parents are now living in a place where they feel safe and respected.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the nursing staff at the Enclave. Whenever there is a concern or a medication need, all I have to do is call Cici, and things are taken care of within minutes! I want to give a shout out to the care givers at the Enclave. If you are looking for a place that gives phenomenal care and has some of the best activities around, hands down this is the best in the Austin area. I want to give a special thanks to the caregivers who looked after my Dad and a big thanks to Cecilia Garza, the RCC, who was available at the drop of a hat to help and support my Dad, Mom and our family. She coordinates all of the meds and is my go to person to find out who I should contact if there's a problem. She's personable, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. She's really helped with the transition from mom being independent, living at home, to living in assisted living.

So very happy with The Enclave! The Executive Director and the Director of Memory Care are both outstanding women who have worked quite hard at accommodating both my mom and me. The nursing staff and aides are as sweet and skilled as I could hope for; I will recommend--and already have--The Enclave

We moved both of my parents into an Assisted Living Apartment at The Enclave in April 2021. It is a beautiful facility and they loved their spacious apartment complete with a state of the art washer and dryer! They have lived in two other facilities and none compare to The Enclave. The staff goes over and beyond for all of the residents. My father has recently moved into Memory Care which, although very hard, has proven to be the perfect fit for him. Now they are both in the same building, yet receiving the individual care they both need and deserve. My Mom repeatedly tells me "I love this place!" I honestly can sleep well at night, knowing that my parents are safe, happy and well taken care of!

My mom moved into a gorgeous assisted living studio apartment at the Enclave at Cedar Park in February of 2020, and then into a cute little memory care apartment in April of 2021. I spent hours at the Enclave in the past year and a half. Covid threw a wrench into the dining experience and the social activities. That is not their fault. My mom really loved living at the Enclave. The staff are all lovely people who took such good care of my mother. When Hospice was needed, Mom was able to continue to live on the memory care floor. That was a HUGE relief to me. Misty in memory care and Cecilia, the Assisted Living Manager, have always been there for me and helped Mom with whatever she needed. Their support as my mother was declining was immeasurable. From the staff at the front desk, to Evelyn, the new Memory Care Manager, I thought everyone was helpful and friendly. I never for an instant regretted moving my mother from California to the Enclave. They made my mom's final months as good as they could be. From bringing her ice cream in bed, to allowing me to text them whenever I needed something, I couldn't have asked for a better retirement community for my mom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This place is brand new and has awesome activities for residents. An extremely friendly place. Highly recommend checking them out. The staff and nice and very helpful and accommodating. Prices of the rooms are some of the lowest ive seen locally.

This place is fairly new and the staff is really friendly. They had their new opening issues but those are ironed out now. However the fit and finish of the place is cheap-veneer nice. Granite countertops? Yup. But 1/2 thin. Kitchen cabinets are cheap pressboard. Hallway carpets look like they have trail-worn tracks opening day. Carpentry trim is poorly installed in many places. Sheetrock in stairwells has GAPS and doesn’t meet the floor! Etc etc. The food is on the better side of average but still solidly average for this type of facility. Full disclosure: I don’t live here, but I work with many senior residents at MANY centers in the greater Austin metro area so I have a lot of comparisons to draw on.
