Having to make the decision & move my dad to a memory care community has been the hardest thing my sister & I have ever had to do, after touring & researching so many places we chose Auberge Cedar Park. Beth & Kimberly (2 of the directors) met with us & were so compassionate & knowledgeable about everything we were concerned about! They only do memory care here & they are experts at it! They (& all of the staff) have made the transition more bearable than we dreamed it could be! The place is so clean & has a welcoming positive atmosphere. The residents are engaged & doing things! They have bent over backwards to accommodate us & our dad. This is what they do here & they are VERY good at it! We are so grateful!

This is Virginia Harkness, wife of Joseph Harkness. My husband resided here at the Auberge from January 2021 until he passed away September 12, 2023. He was total care needing to be fed, dressed, bathed, etc. His care was absolutely superb and the staff were respectful, devoted and faithful to him and to me and my family. We were married for 44 years. The last week of his life he took a turn for the worse and I wanted to be with him so the maintenance men moved a bed for me into his room so I could spend the nights with him. Dietary fed me 3 meals a day at no additional cost. I paid $3500 monthly for his care. Hope this helps in anyone's decision to place their loved one at Auberge.

I find Charles the Executive Director pleasant and open to suggestions. Genniel the Wellness Director had been a great team player. She makes the time to meet with the therapy team on a weekly basis. She is such an advocate to approving PT/OT/ST to our Residents. There is always room for improvement and I believe this team is on the right track.

We have been so blessed by care our mom has been receiving by the staff. Mom never wanted to leave her house but Robin Dockal and her staff have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel at home. Transitioning anywhere at this time in life is difficult but I sleep peacefully knowing she is somewhere cared for and respected as an individual. My mom needs extra time to eat, get dressed and do just about anything seeing the patience and grace given to her just makes my heart full. Robin's attentiveness to my mom needs and changes have been spot on. She has been our best support with caring for my mom.

I had the chance to visit this amazing facility during Halloween, and the experience was truly heartwarming. The staff's kindness and care for the residents really stood out. They went all out to make the celebration special, ensuring everyone felt included and valued. During the Halloween event, the staff went the extra mile to create a festive atmosphere. From classic hot dogs and nachos to refreshing drinks, cotton candy, and snow cones – they thought of every detail to bring joy to the residents. The commitment to residents' well-being extended beyond the ordinary, with a variety of fun games that added excitement and the chance to win charming prizes. What impressed me the most was the inclusive nature of the celebration. The facility welcomed not just residents but also their families and the families of the dedicated staff. This thoughtful gesture created a sense of community, allowing everyone to connect on a personal level. The presence of a jump house in the heart of the celebration added an extra layer of charm, capturing the hearts of both residents and the younger attendees. Laughter filled the room as residents enjoyed the festivities, staff members chatted with family, and children had a blast in the jump house. It was a heartwarming and memorable occasion, highlighting the facility's commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment. I couldn't help but wish for a team as caring and devoted to looking after my grandma as the one I witnessed at this facility. The genuine care, attention to detail, and community spirit displayed during the Halloween celebration underscored the exceptional level of love and compassion that defines this facility. I can only imagine what's done for other holidays. 🙂 Good job TEAM! Keep up the good work as not everyone is made to do this. You will be blessed! My mom lived at Auberge Cedar Park for the last 18 months of her life and they were filled with joy, friendships, loving care and the wonderful birds that live on Main Street. Auberge is unlike other facilities because it doesn't have the "facility" feel to it at all. Visitors from out of town would remark at how well kept the place is and how well the residents are treated. People in memory care need to be loved and cared about and I can write without hesitation that my mom felt all of that love as her health deteriorated. I will always be satisfied with our decision to move her there and am grateful for the entire team for their love of my mom.

I LOVE this place!!! Amy and Beth are amazing, I am beyond happy with my experience moving my mom here. They have treated my mom and our family with open arms, respect and love. I've seen a huge positive difference with my mom living here. The staff and residents are so nice, helpful and supportive, they have an amazing nurses line you can call anytime 24hrs with answering questions or assistance for my mom. The services they provide are a win win for me/mom and just what my mom needed to thrive and enjoy her time with the fun activities. I 100% recommend this place for your loved ones, they are very hands on and their communication is top notch. Also the facility is super cute inside and allows the residents to enjoy where they live. Mom loves it here and that means everything to our family. Thank you to all the staff members that made this move and living experience perfect for our family.

Auberge is an AMAZING place. We moved my father in here recently and it has been a game changer for us. We actually had my dad at Cedar Ridge Memory Care and their care went wayyyyy downhill. So, after XMAS we decided to move my father. Kimberly was AMAZING since the beginning and I just LOVE their ED, Beth. Their smiles really brighten my day when I come into the building. Alzheimer's is really tough to deal with it and they make it so easy on us and a relaxing environment. The food is great here and the shared rooms are wonderful. I love it. My dad is so happy here. They literally changed our life for the better. Don't listen to the bad reviews that was BEFORE Beth took over. It clearly is under AMAZING leadership now. You won't regret coming here. 🙂

Beth Parker is always available to answer questions. She listens with a smile, quickly response to your needs plus knows your loved one well. I feel my mom is getting the best care possible. In addition, Robin Dockal is also excellent. I feel Robin has my mom’s best interest at heart. She is very caring, loving, and attentive to my mom and other residence. Robin always keeps me informed. She is available to answer my questions or to discuss what is going on. I feel because of Beth Park and Robin Dockal my mom is getting the best care. We moved my mom in two weeks ago. We had a horrible experience at a local care facility and my trust in the elderly care community was non existent. Our experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. My mom is extremely happy, the Auberge gives her a sense of purpose every day, she has friends that she laughs with, the care givers have gone out of their way to make her feel at home, and Kimberly and Beth have made sure the communication has been top notch! We are so thankful in knowing my mom is safe and loved and we could not recommend The Auberge highly enough!

I have visited many memory care and assisted living places and this is by far the best of the best! Kimberly was amazing in helping me navigate the many decisions I have to make and the staff were welcoming and friendly! They were so kind and caring and I really appreciated the concern they showed! The place is beautiful and there is always some sort of activity going on. There's also a beautiful outdoor courtyard and yard where the residents can plant in raised beds. The little store fronts on Main St are so enchanting and keep the residents engaged where they can stop in at the coffee shop for coffee and a pastry or go to the theater or even the barber shop/salon. I can't wait to move my parents in. I know they will be in wonderful and caring hands. I know that God led me here after many prayers!

I had a great experience with Auberge in Cedar Park in thanks to Melissa, the marketing director for the property. The facility is bright and airy with plenty of space to roam. I can not overstate how helpful Melissa was during this time, I was in a situation where I needed to move my mom very quickly and she went above and beyond to set-up the perfect arrangements for our family. Also, their facility is one of very FEW in Austin that can handle all types and stages of dementia. They even have a behavior health nurse on staff, which I had never encountered in all the many places I visited. My mom has FTD, which is a challenging disease, and they are more than prepared and experienced to make her at home. Thank you to Mel and Sophie for running a much needed operation in our community.

Placing my husband in a memory care facility was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. That said, the complete staff at The Auberge was the most gracious and caring group of people I have ever met. From day one of our tour my husband was very comfortable. He was immediately connected to Barry, the executive chef, who came out and introduced himself. My husband had been in the food service industry and Barry immediately started talking shop when he found out! Not only do the entire staff take super care of the residents, they are very in tuned to the loved ones that unfortunately suffer tremendously with the effects of Alzheimers and dementia related diseases as well. After just a month of his stay, I spent the day to celebrate our anniversary with him. We had a wonderful lunch together and later that afternoon I was asked to come with a staff member (Cory). I was escorted to the reception area and asked to please wait for a moment. I knew something was up but what? In a few minutes Holly, the Executive Director, came and asked me to come with her. As she lead me through the doors I was completely overwhelmed! There was everyone in a Las Vegas (where we would go for our anniversaries) sitting with my love standing at an alter❣ My heart was so full. I couldnt believe they had done this for us! I was handed a bouquet of flowers and walked to stand by the love of my life. We enjoyed our favorite songs, a wonderful strawberry cake (which is my husbands favorite) and we even danced❣What a wonderful day we had together. All because the entire Auberge staff (Holly,Corey, Annel, Barry and too many to name) went to the extreme with their wishes to make our dreams come true. I cannot say enough about this great group of caring, professional, and family oriented facility. They truly go the extra mile in everything they do to make not only the residence happy and well cared for but also their families. So today I went into the kitchen to add some ice to my moms favorite water cup. Shondalette, one of her aides, took the cup from me, filled it with ice water and brought it back to me with a little bottle of bottled water to take back to mom in case she wanted more water after I left. Not a big deal, you say? Heres the kicker. Shondalette said, Be sure to leave the lid a little loose, she likes it that way.My mom has arthritis and Shondalette was on top of it. The little things mean so much. Thank you!
