PARKING IS HORRIBLE! There's not enough for every resident to arrive home and be assured of a decent place to park. There's a limited amount of open parking for residents. There are quite a few reserved parking spots for which residents must pay. However, there's a waiting list for those. As I leave this review, just after 6pm on a Wednesday, I am sitting out front with fingers crossed hoping someone will leave, or a visitor who's parked in a spot where they're not supposed to be, will leave. Otherwise, I, a woman with mobility issues, must park in the very back of the apartments (I live in the very front) reserved for visitors. I'll return with another review at another time, as there are things that I absolutely adore about living here that I'd like to share, and there are a few other things that are irksome. For now though, I'm leaving this review regarding parking. One would think there'd be free, assigned parking nearest to residents' respective apartments.

My wife and I are very pleased. We love the staff; maintenence; and the people who we have met. I enjoy the fitness classes. Only complaint would be the guest bedroom could be bigger. Other than that we love our villa!

I have enjoyed living at the Luxe more than anywhere else, including my beautiful 3 story house in Indiana. I never have to wait if I need help in my apartment, or my need for just a friendly face, someone is always available. They have wonderful amenities and social activities. It is the place to be if you're over 50 years old or just contemplating retirement.

Moved in The Luxe at Cedar Hill on 5/1/2024. New experience since 1970. Loving every minute of senior living. Awesome staff and even more awesome and friendly residents. Guided Fitness exercise classes are great with 3 different instructors and 3 days a week.

I enjoy living here because we are all independent, when we want our privacy we have our own Apartments and when we want to socialize there's always someone to see and talk to,everyone is friendly and caring toward one another and the activities and amenities are great! Michelle Epps the Lifestyle Coordinator is very responsive to our concerns, and replies quickly to resolve any issues that are within her scope of duties. If its beyond her area of responsibilities she reaches out to management for assistsnce. I'm impressed at how much she does to make our apartment lifestyle more comfortabe and a joy to live here.

I am so Thankful for my daughter finding this wonderful place for me! My first contact was Jordan Howard Spain! Jordan was amazing, very friendly and bubbly as she toured me through my very own independent, comfort living place! Luxe at Cedar Hill has more amenities than I would have ever imagined! I am excited, and I must say if anyone 55 and seasoned just happen to be looking for a top shelf community to live in, stop by the Luxe, you want be disappointed.

It is obvious from the moment you walk into the Luxe @ Cedar Hill that it is a beautiful new luxury building with a ton of amenities catered towards their residents. But that is only the beginning, the real distinction centers around the service and care provided by Jordan (mgr) and her team. I recently moved my mom into the Luxe - this was a difficult transition for her compounded by the fact that I was managing the logistics of her move from out of state. Jordan was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process. I am positive I could not have found a better place for my mom. She absolutely loves her new apartment home and has pretty much smiled from ear to ear since she moved in. Thanks Jordan.
