Today was quite disappointing as to the amount of time I had to ask for help and to just find anyone I would like to thank. Ms. Shay Darby a med aid who stepped up and assisted my mother in getting in her wheelchair. She also was considerate to her while she was in the dining hall for lunch to add comfort to her being a new SNF resident. Thank you.

I can honestly say this place did a remarkable job taking care of my father. The staff was always kind and professional. I’m very thankful for Ms.Linda. After. I brought my father home she stayed in contact and left and open door of communication for me. My father recently passed on and I called to let them know. They ask if we needed anything and let us know we are in their prayers Not many rehabilitation centers would be this kind. Once again thank you for everything

The receptionist Shantavia was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with filling out my application. Jackie the HR assisted me in completing my on boarding forms and helping me to understand all of the policies and procedures. I do think I will be a good fit for Crestview Court.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The place STINKS. The employees are thieves. There has even been an instance where a resident on a wheelchair welcomed himself into my mother's room. They take FOREVER to assist. There were several times I had to clean my mother MYSELF bc they took so long (she kept getting UTIs from sitting like that so long) but the thing that infuriated me the most was the fact they thought I was so stupid to not realize an employee stole a flower vase shaped like a gorgeous pitcher (gifted to my mother for her bday) & REPLACED it w another vase from THEIR collection that they even showed me & tried to tell me I could take one of those. Like it couldn't have been more obvious it was an employee. 100%. They took advantage that my mother was at the ER, saw the pitcher, thought "o thats a beautiful vase, let me go replace it w one from our collection of vases, they won't notice". Then there was another instance where I left my mother w her favorite hand lotion (tiny little bottle nothing crazy). Few of her nurses pointed it out bc of the brand. Sure enough, few days later it goes missing. Hmmm wonder what happened to it. Dont bring your loved ones here this place has no respect for anyone or their belongings. Only reason I didnt make such a big deal about it then is bc I had other matters far more important but this still makes me upset. Some nurses even have an attitude & talk to you as if you are inferior to them. There were maybe a handful of workers there who seemed genuine during my mother's prolonged stay. Also, they ordered medical equipment under my mother's name that they did not return to the company as they were supposed to & later on I get a call from said company that we will be getting billed if not returned. How are we getting billed for something we didnt order or sign for? So yeah, had to dreadfully call Crestview to get that straightened out. I dont usually leave reviews but goodness....this place needs a redo from the ground up. Not to mention upon arrival there was TRASH in my mother's assigned bed....TRASH from a previous resident. The beds are extremely old and I had to wipe the rails and remote down myself from the gunk that was on it. I feel bad for allowing my mother to remain in such a place for the time she did. Im sure she was aware I was trying my best as the situation was all new to me. If you really care for your loved ones please stay away from this place.

I started working here in September 2025, and I have to say by far one the best company I've worked at. Everyone has been wonderful. Ms. Jackie was very helpful and so nice and professional with the onboarding and just in every day conversation. My supervisor Max is the greatest, not only does she help out on the floor, she's very compassionate and truly cares about her staff, I'll follow her anywhere, I couldn't ask for a better leader.

Came to visit my uncle on yesterday. The staff on his hallway are amazing. The morning nurse is super sweet. There was a worker there and not sure what area he works in, but the overbearing smell of weed when he passed us was unbearable. This was around noontime when people are about to eat. There was a lady walking around that I did mention it to. She asked me to notify the head people. I called back twice and was just transferred. Someone needs to educate him this is an elder and retirement home. Not a weed house.

While vista my aunt at this nursing home I had the chance to see the staff celebrating CNA week. It was nicely decorated. The staff was excited and bragged on how their boss always celebrated all holidays and events. I was then introduced to the person behind this project. A young shy man by the name of Terrance. No place is perfect, but the effort put forth from this team is amazing to say the least. My aunt is staying here and I literally am just a fly on the wall. I do not say much. I come straight in spend time with my aunt and leave. I may stand out in the hall for a second or two and observe. Every time I visit my aunt, the staff are moving nonstop trying to meet the many different needs of so many different people. Both ADONs, Anjie and Angela, are so diligent and knowledgeable. They are every where all of the time helping every one. I get exhausted just trying to keep up with all the things I see them do at once! It starts from the top and I have seen those 2 young ladies lead their team and ensure the best care is given to all the residents. Try just sitting on one of those couches in front of the nurses station one really busy day and you will see what I mean. The treatment nurse Alexis is very straight to the point and gets in and out providing excellent wound care. I have had the pleasure of observing the activities director Yolanda bring so much joy to not only the residents but the staff as well. Mealtimes are very home-like and Roderick is great, very accountable and his customer service is awesome! Don’t even get me started on the therapy team I can go on and on about the great things I have witnessed just being this fly on a wall!!!! There has been some hiccups along the way but that’s American healthcare. The staff here uses what they have and goes above and beyond to try to provide the best care they can to my aunt. That is what I appreciate the most. Thank you Crestview Court! Your entire team is amazing!!!

This is a really nice rehab facility, with plenty of room to perform exercises. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. They are very professional and knowledgeable. There is a festive atmosphere in the center which makes rehab so much more enjoyable! The therapists listen to the smallest details and treat each patient with care, which is something that is very rare these days. To anyone else that has unfortunate circumstances that land you in rehab, I hope you end up at this facility with these wonderful people. They are definitely the silver lining!

For the past three years, we’ve had the honor of coming to Crestview Court each Christmas holiday season to provide toiletries and essentials to their residents”and it’s become one of the most meaningful traditions for our organization! A huge thank you to Jenisha Byrd, the Director of Rehabilitation, who has welcomed us with open arms each year and made it possible for us to serve. The residents are an absolute joy, and it’s truly a blessing to give back in this way. My kids look forward to it every year and love the opportunity to serve their community, and my husband is always all hands in”loading, organizing, and helping make it all happen. The place is such a beautiful place Staff is so so friendly. Chef is always making the food arrangements nice. It's a home away from home when you walk thur the doors. Can't wait till I come back and visit Crestview Court Family & so much love

Love this facility and the staff. From upper management, the nurses, aides, weekend staff, activity director, laundry, receptionist, housekeeping, therapy and the kitchen staff; this facility demonstrates team work on a daily basis and take care of residents needs as if they were caring for their own family members.
