Our beautiful mother Mary was cared for by the wonderful staff at New Hope. We'd like to thank Luis, Robert, Alicia, and Alondra, just to name a few. This is a very clean, facility with a hands on approach for each individuals needs. It includes fun activities and they celebrate holidays with parties and pot lucks for the whole family! We were truly blessed to find such a caring facility for our mother, and want to thank ALL of the staff for making our mother's last years of her life a pleasant experience! Thank you! SO pleased to have found a wonderful home environment for mom. The staff has been nothing but caring and so very supportive and helpful. Mom says her meals are quite good and it is peace of mind to know her medication is accurately dispensed. If you need to explore potential assisted living facilities, I would definitely suggest you see New Hope in Boerne.

I cannot express how wonderful and caring the staff are. Not only is it a beautiful place for any loved one but the staff treat everyone like they're family. The residents treat each other as if they're long-time friends and not just recent acquaintances. It truly is an amazing community.

What can I say…wow! The staff is absolutely amazing. Upon asking questions, they were extremely attentive and listened closely to what needs I felt needed to be met for my loved one. The facilities are impeccable as well. Definitely one of the better facilities I have been to! Way to go New Hope!

New Hope is a beautiful location for assisted living that is nestled in a cozy, wooded area of Boerne with natural surroundings. Ms. Bri Arend gave me a great tour where I was able to meet some of the residents who were congregated in a common area for a social event. Some were enjoying the out of doors. Inside was very nice, quaint, clean and is a very comfortable setting. I give my highest recommendation.

The owners and staff are genuine ...always available for questions or recommendations and quick to respond. Our mom's stay with New Hope has been an answered prayer and we are forever grateful. It is a lovely, clean and homey place with good food and country feel outside on the porches.

A Place For Mom for gave us options and made our search easy within the perimeter of that area we were looking in. When I got here the owner was not there. The staff called to see if they were coming but the husband stopped by instead. It was a nice tour but he referred all my questions. Not the right fit for mom.

My mother is doing very well, she still wants to go home but it is where she needs to be and they take care of her. Everything is great, I love New Hope Assisted Lviing and I have become friends with the caregivers, they are very nice and caring.

The environment was not as cheerful as other places I toured. The residents were all lined up in lazy boy chairs watching tv and it was dark. There is nothing wrong with that, it would be a good fit for someone else, b ut it was not for my mother. Everyone was very friendly.

I am very happy with the care my mom is getting. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The community is very clean and taken care of. The food is very good and the activities are wonderful. I would highly recommend this care for other families with loved ones.

My dad has been at New Hope for a month now. Despite his severe dementia he adjusted to the move and seems to enjoy the "family" atmosphere (as opposed to the larger institution where he was previously). I like that he is encouraged to just sit back and nap on the couch alongside others in the living area instead of having to stay in his room. Owners Elena and John are onsite, available, and interacting with the residents. Most importantly the staff is stable so they learn how to communicate with each resident, and residents are surrounded with familiar people instead of constant turnover. Elena was especially helpful in making moving day run smoothly.
