Heritage Place of Boerne lives up to the name of its parent company - - Five Star! My sweet momma lived there for about a year and a half, and we both made such wonderful friends there of the loving and caring staff. My primary goal for my mom was for her to be safe, well looked after, and content if not happy. The entire experience exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot recommend the team at Heritage Place highly enough.

Heritage Place has literally been a God send for my dad. He was no longer able to care for himself in his home, yet was insistent on staying. This became a daily challenge. I had visited many facilities in Boerne and this was my favorite for many reasons. They had an opening and I took my dad to visit. He was "pleasantly" surprised and said "yes" to moving. I have since visited dozens of times unannounced and am ALWAYS thrilled he is there. It is always spotless and orderly and the staff is phenomenal, not to mention the food is outstanding. The location is super convenient. They stay in contact with me with any concerns they have. There are more activities than one could possibly participate in, always structured appropriately for these tenants. I couldn't be more pleased with Heritage Place.

I have been very happy with the care my mom receives at Heritage Place. After looking at other facilities in town, this was the best fit for her. The staff is amazing - warm, caring, friendly, and there is a wide variety of activities for the residents. Newly redecorated, it really looks great, too!

All of my experiences with Heritage Place have been very positive. When I have visited the facility, the food presented looked and tasted excellent. I am not familiar with all of the staff but the ones I know are true angels on earth. The staff here is absolutely amazing! This is a difficult transition for the elderly, but the staff goes out of their way to to help them transition as smoothly as possible. They are so kind and caring toward the residents.The facility is welcoming and clean. It feels homey and there are many touches that help make it home for the residents.

Heritage Place had been a Godsend for my dad. He is in better health and spirits today at age 91 than he was when he moved in over 3 years ago. The residents and employees are always smiling and there is a true feeling of warmth and family when you walk through the door. Whether its the aroma of home-cooking coming from the kitchen, the sound of live music playing in the living room, or the warmth of the fire burning in the fireplace, it truly feels like home. Its wonderful knowing he is in good hands and most of all, happy! I cant imagine how life would be without Heritage Place. It is a blessing to my dad and all of his family.
