The aids are amazing and extremely helpful. Med techs are fabulous. However the weekly cleaning is horrible. I arrived the day after the kitchen was supposedly to be cleaned and had to clean it myself. The floor was filthy with crumbs and something sticky. The countertops were not clean as well. Found a few dead and alive roaches underneath chairs. Collier has gone up in rates 3 times in less than one year. I just don’t understand why the weekly cleaning can’t be better.

So Proud of all the employees and residents through this entire pandemic. We never had an Outbreak throughout this entire last year+. The employees have worked so hard to follow state and local guidelines as have the residents. We have built a family here that cares for and serves one another and together we will continue to live gracefully.

Kim Kidder was the absolute best. Very compassionate and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend if you ever need to go through a process that you have absolutely no clue how to navigate. She was very informative and helped with every aspect of the transition.

My mother in law says the people are friendly, and the food is good.

My mother has been here and the care has been really great when she first moved in but sense a new company purchased the facility things have turn for the not so good with the food. They did replaced the carpet in the hallways and the furniture in the dining room, and also recently internet in all the rooms but, seasoned staff was let go in the kitchen. Now the quality of the meals and service has taking a terrible turn for the worst. They can't keep cooks. They served vegetable soup one day and the green beans were whole, they didn't even cut them into smaller pieces, the same for the under cooked cauliflower and over cooked chicken. Assisted living facilities need adequate quality food controls, some new tenants are now looking for new places to go since they feel they were mislead from the food pictures on their website. Also recently my mother has been experiencing theft in her room, all the employees have keys to the rooms. It's a real shame. If the food quality issues and theft was corrected my rating would be 5 stars. My advice is to walk around a facility and speak with the tenants when evaluating facilities for your love ones.

The lady who showed us around Collier Park was very nice, friendly, and professional. It would've been a good place for my mom to live. They said they were about to undergo some renovations. The room I saw wasn't as nice as where she is, but I have no complaints about it. My mother-in-law stayed there one time. They had an outdoor pool, a lot of activities, transportation that would take them somewhere in the vicinity, a laundry facility, an exercise room, a dining room, and three meals a day.

We're in Atria Collier Park now. It's large, and the amenities are good. They serve three meals a day and have a lot of activities, exercises, and a system where they drive you to your doctors' appointments or take you shopping or to the casinos. We have a good staff, but the food is not good and needs work.

Atria Collier Park was more expensive and much larger than other places. It had lots of amenities and a large, full-sized swimming pool. It was immaculate, posh, and sophisticated, but it was a really big community. They had waiters in tuxes doing restaurant-style meals.

Atria Collier Park was very well-kept and seemed to have great staff. I was very impressed. The dining area was lovely. They have people come in to take them out to do their shopping. As far as activities, they have worship service and they have an activity director that does all different kinds of crafts and games. It was a little older, but there was nothing wrong with it. The people seemed to be wonderful, very caring, very on top of what they were doing, and very easy to work with.

Atria Collier Park is a very nice facility, but they dont work with Medicaid. Nevertheless, its a really nice place. Its very lovely. They have beautiful landscaping. Their staff is all friendly. The rooms are very nice. The amenities are great. They have a really nice swimming pool and very nice common areas like a game room.

I am very pleased with Atria Collier Park. I have seen one activity. They had a Christmas party about a week ago. My mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Atria Collier Park was very nice. The staff and rooms were great. The apartments and the dining room were awesome. The people were very friendly. This facility was my favorite. I loved the grounds. The gardens were exceptionally beautiful. They also had a nice pool. The reason why Im so interested in Atria Collier Park is because Im struggling to walk, and my first rehab was done with pool therapy. At Atria, you can actually practice walking in the pool. The place bordered on luxurious. It was very nice.

My father lives in Atria Collier Park, and he loves it. The staff is great. Everybody there is friendly. There are two big courtyards and a swimming pool, and they take them anywhere they want to go. There are two big dining rooms, they have a big room that they call Town Square, and there is a library and a pool table. They have a hairdresser, and they have people that come in and play music for them. They have bingo, movie nights, and a workout center.

I visited Atria Collier Park twice for my mother-in-law. It was a nice facility, but it was just a very large facility. My mother-in-law would not have cared for something that large. I dealt with the manager closely, but I did meet part of the other staff; they were quite pleasant and very nice. Everyone was actively working. It seemed to be well organized. Atria had a wider selection of room styles. They had studio apartments, and they had a separate bedroom apartment. You have more choices there, and the price differentiates.

Everybody that I met at Collier Park was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. You could choose where you wanted to sit in the dining room. I know a lot of people that live there, and it seemed safe and secure.

Wonderful facility, wonderful staff! It reminds me of being on a cruise ship, except on land! My mom has been at Atria-Collier Park for three years now, and I believe her being at Collier Park will add years to her life. There are so many things to do, and so many different ways for my mom to stay physically and mentally active.
