I met the RedBud staff in a very emotional and difficult time in my sister's and my life. My sister had cancer in it's final stage. We made a close connection with our assigned caregiver. I would leave the house to run necessary errands, for meds and supplies with total confidence. I really can't say enough about the RedBud staff. I have been negligent in providing a review of Redbud Homecare Services. Going through many of my mothers belongings since her passing in 2019, I have come across notes, paperwork, etc. from Redbud so better late than never.signed up with them around 2015 when my mother was diagnosed with early onset dementia, and I continued using their service through 2019. I never thought to change to another provider because the caregivers that they provided over those years were so kind and loving to my momFrom my initial information-gathering phone call with Sean, I felt that he and Anne understood where I was coming from and what I wanted and needed for my mothers care. They were willing to work with me when I occasionally needed to change the schedule and did whatever they could to accommodate the request. I felt safe leaving my mother in the caregivers care as I went to work and they followed whatever instructions-requests that I left for them. They would provide notes of the days activities in a notebook that I had there for them. I cant say enough positive things about Redbud. I aforever grateful for their care and concern for my mom and me.

I had Redbud home care services take care of me following major back surgery and five weeks of hospitalization and rehab. When engaging, I listed the skills important to my comfort and the management of my household. My caregiver was an excellent cook, did laundry, ran errands, bought groceries, organized as needed, cleaned house, helped with personal care and more. Took me to doctor appointments. Assisted with my husbands medication as well. They were always on time, and for the most part I had the same caregiver with few exceptions. I will be depending on them again for future upcoming surgery. Knowing they are there for me, makes it much easier. Cant say enough good things. A very positive experience to handle a challenging situation.

We used RedBud HomeCare Services from September 2018 to March 2019. We were extremely happy most of the time with the care takers that were sent to care for my mother. Our experience varied. We were sent women who were completely invested in their responsibilities and so attentive to my mothers needs. I felt totally comfortable leaving them to care for my mother and felt that they truly cared about my mothers well-being. It was hard to say good-bye to them when my mother passed away. Others were just baby sitters....some with English language difficulties; others in-attentive due to boredom with their job; some with weight issues that made it difficult for maneuvering and performing their jobs. Only two caretakers took responsibility to cook her breakfast, clean the dishes, and make her bed. All of the others left it to us. We found that we had to be very pro-active when a caretaker was disappointing. Almost always, RedBed attempted to rectify the situation, but training new caretakers was always difficult, especially when it was short notice. To be fair, we did change the schedule often in the beginning. I was not totally sure what our needs were....my mother was mentally present, capable of walking on her own or with the help of a walker. RedBud did their best to meet our needs, but usually could not change the schedule immediately. So.....we were either very very pleased, or frustrated.

Red Bud stepped in to help care for my dad in June. From the day we met his caretaker, Alice, Dads life changed significantly for the better. His mood improves on his Alice days. The entire team at Red Bud is accessible and consistently professional. They always communicate with me in Iowa, and were so blessed we found them.

We have been working with Redbud over the past 6 months and they are amazing. Is the first time I hired someone to take care of my mom and the experience has been very positive. The caretakers working with us are very profesional, patient and dedicated. Management is very organized and willing to help. Always in contact to know if everything is working out well. Very hands on business. The owner walked us through what to expect over the phone, and the case manager, Maribel, came over twice to talk with my parents and myself about my moms care. I really appreciated her communication — it kept us all on the same page. We had 24-7 care for Mom while Dad was recovering from surgery, and would use Redbud again if more help was needed in the future.

I contacted RedBud in an emergency situation, suddenly needing 24-hour care for a patient entering in-Home hospice. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and ability to find very capable caregivers. The caregivers were excellent - responsible, thoughtful and knowledgeable. RedBud management also helped and made a difficult situation more manageable.

I was very happy with RedBud. The owners are very knowledgeable and caring, helped me with general information in regards to aging family. I was extremely happy with my 94 year old dads caretakers. If anyone was sent over wasnt the right fit for us the RedBud Homecare was very responsive. we had two long terms caretakers...I dont know what I would have done with out them!

Red Bud was very attentive to our needs and made sure my parents got the help that they needed. It is so great now when I go visit my parents that I can sit and visit with them and not finish up the chores they left behind. Plus its a great peace of mind to know that someone is there with them twice a week.

I contacted Redbud to help care for my mother while I was traveling for a month. My mother is in a memory care facility. I knew she would be cared for at the facility, but I also knew she would be concerned about my absence. Our Redbud caregiver was a great match. She spent time with my mother, made sure my mother exercised and stayed engaged, and even wrote notes about their time together so my mother could read back through the activities of the day. Anne and Sean were able to quickly understand the degree of support my mother needed. When I returned, they offered feedback about the need for future care. In our case, they felt my mother was being supported by the memory care facility and didnt need additional care. I was extremely impressed by the detail of their assessment, not to mention their professionalism in suspending our contract. If my mother needs addition support in the future, Im grateful to know I can turn to Redbud.5 stars
