A vibrant well-managed senior community with plenty of opportunities for adults. Recently called on maintenance service for kitchen needs. Response was efficiently handled on that same day. Exceptional!

Into my fourth year here and I love it! Very peaceful and loving environment - tailor made for seniors!! Neighbors are like an extension of family helping and watching out for one another. There are always a variety of fun activities to keep one occupied including weekly exercise classes to keep us fit. Management is great and the grounds are beautifully maintained. My favorite feature - NO STAIRS to climb!!

Eric is our maintenance manager and as usual, he is always on top of any issues regarding maintenance that I have ever experienced living here. Eric is polite, efficient, and is quite knowledgable about every aspect of keeping up on the maintenance at Springwood of Allen. It is a great feeling knowing that Eric knows how to perform any of the maintenance tasks that I know I would never be able to accomplish on my own! Thank you Eric!

Great facility to live in. Small community, friendly people and management. Near many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and many other facilities including service for vehicles, gas, etc.

I moved to Springwood @ Allen two months ago. I absolutely love living here. Melissa and Eric are absolutely amazing. You can tell that they really care about the tenant. I absolutely can’t imagine living anywhere else.

It has been a little over 1 year since Peak Living has taken over, and they have continued to provide great service that the priviest Company did, (thank you Anna,) and has maintained the property very well! Melissa (property manager) and Eric (maintenance guy) Are doing an outstanding job! Melissa is keeping the place full which is great news, but the sad part of this is that if you want to move here you will have to go on a waiting list! Eric our maintenance guy is very knowledgeable and get repairs do in a very timely manner, he is also very helpful with anything you may need help with! Melissa also does monthly Calanders, with all kinds of activities, like monthly Birthday parties, and many other activities! I just want to say thank-you to both of them for everything that they do! So Yes, this is still a Great Place to Live!!!

I moved to Allen a year ago to be near family. Not knowing the area, I took my time to find the right place to live. The moment I toured Springwood at Allen I knew it was perfect for me. The staff and neighbors have been so welcoming and helpful. The community is so comfortable and my cottage is beautiful! It just feels like home!

Moving from Colorado to find a place near my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids seemed challenging until I connected with Springwood at Allen. The property manager, Anna, was incredibly helpful with choosing my perfect "cottage". The entire experience of getting settled here in Allen has been so positive. Everything anyone could need is very close at hand. The property, grounds, staff and neighbors are awesome! I feel wonderfully at home here!

I shopped around for awhile, and when I came to this one I knew it was where I wanted to be. The grounds are lovely and a safe place to walk. The walk-in shower is a big plus..just love it! Anna, the leasing agent is so easy to talk to and pleasant, which is not always the case. Richard our maintenance man is great too! He always has a smile! It is close to shopping here in Allen or Fairview. I know you will like it as well as I do.
