I recently had a family member admitted to the skilled nursing facility at Wesley Court. I was very pleased with the care that she received while there. The nursing staff were exceptional. A very big Thank You to Nurse Melissa and CNAs Amanda and Adrianna. They are angels in disguise. My grandmother is doing so well after discharge, and I give them all the credit. Their therapy department also played a vital role in my grandmother's recovery. We have visited many other nursing facilities in Abilene and Wesley Court is definitely the best, Hands Down!!!

After Lifespace has taking over this place has drastically gone down hill! If you try and reach out to Corporate you will never get a call back! I have a call log which process it. They have taking away my Mothers Bill of Rights to have a family friend visit her and assist her with her disability. They threatened and stated they would call local authorities but have no grounds to do such things since the residents started a petition for family friend! They insist a third party chef who is temporarily in to make executive decisions. The food is absolutely horrible. Frozen food. As for Skilled Nursing please seek other. I have had to assist people because staff overlooked them. Some of the residents waited hours to just get off the toilet. Lifespace has filed bankruptcy numerous times.

My grandmother has been to Wesley Court twice for rehab/nursing. She loved the therapy and nursing team and was able to discharge home once she was stronger. This is the only place in town I would trust to care for my family members.

My physical therapist (Stacy) was very good and answered my questions on how to do different things such as getting out of the car. She was also very good about pointing out why one way of doing something was better than another. For example, if I wanted to go outside, she pointed out that the side door was better than the front door to save me steps and time. She was very encouraging. The one time I called the office, the one person who answered the phone sought information before answering my question. She knew somebody was coming out the next day who had a lot of information regarding my question. She wanted to check with him before answering my question. When he came out he was careful to understand my questions and gave me the solutions that helped me.

I have had the privilege of working with the staff at Wesley Court for the past year. The care is exceptional! I would not hesitate to choose Wesley Court for my parents. The entire staff, from the administration to the aides, treat each resident with warmth and dignity. The genuine care is evident in every interaction. Superb community!

I was there for rehab after discharge from the hospital. The beds are horrible if you are tall (I'm 6'3" )and weigh over 200 lbs. No springs or anything like a normal hospital bed. Instead I had a worn out 4" possibly 6" thick torn and duct taped mattress. The mattress laid on 1" square tubing for support which was very painful to lay on. I have a bad back and this was like laying in cement. On top of that the bed was way to short for me ev©n after extending it 6 inches . Another thing that really mad© me angry was that it took 14 hours to get my meds sent from their pharmacy in the Metroplex. I just had surgery on my shattered wrist and my badly fractured shoulder to steel plates in both. I needed the pain meds as soon

My parents both lived at Wesley Court until their deaths, first in a house, then in an apartment, then eventually in the long term care part when they could no longer care for themselves. The care is superb and the staff is amazing in all the levels of care; I had meals with them often and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend any of the levels of care.

I can promise you that the director of this establishment will love and care for your senior with everything she has, from pulling nightshirts, to keeping her phone and laptop with her anytime she's more than 10 minutes away. You would be hard pressed to find anyone who will care, not about their position or title, but instead for your loved one, with everything they have and to the degree that she does. And by this, I believe that there is a culture of excellence and, moreover, kindness here.

My aunt was admitted to Wesley Court for rehab post hospitalization. She flourished in the skilled nursing center. Lindsay and her therapy team worked hard to meet her personal goal of discharging to another level of living. She socialized with the other residents there and loved the lifestyle program. The food was delicious and she enjoyed the fine dining experience. The nursing staff made her feel comfortable and loved. She cried when she left and we are grateful for the care she received.

Been around a lot of nursing home facilities over the years. Due to physical limitations on my part I had to let my dad go into skilled nursing for a couple weeks to rehab.I was not happy about it at all. For one thing my dad can be very high maintence when requiring care and never has even an ounce of patience. Thus he can be real challenge at times. Sometimes he is good. However, I was highly impressed with this skilled nursing facility. The staff were all exceptional. They were very caring and kind and tried to anticipate his need. My wife and I completely impressed them. I have reccomeding them to everyone. I don't know anything about their other facilities/ areas but the Silled Nursing section is wonderful.

I am really disappointed with my stay at Wesley Court rehab! I fell and broke my shoulder and was sent to Wesley Court ! I arrived at a little after lunch! Iwsited all The rest of the day and night for them to check my blood flow and never got any Blood pressure or my diabetes ! That the first half day a the night finally I asked the m to check my bp the following morning and my bp was stroke point and My blood sugar was 400 . So needless to say I had to go back to ER and after I was given more tests and sent back to Wesley Court. Later I was told they were going to move me to another facility and I could never get tha same answer ! Finally I was sent another facility and Wesley Court took money out of my band account for letting me stay until they relocated me. I can say the food was very good and the nurses were mostly good. So was the therapists! I can’t really say what I think about Wesley Court
