Two years ago, in October, we moved my Aunt into Lyndale Memory Care. What a blessing it was. It was definitely a hard decision to take her out of her home, but she could no longer be alone. It was such a relief to know she was being well taken care of. Everyone on staff was so kind and loving to her and to us as well. They never dismissed my concerns and took time to listen if I had questions. She was treated with dignity and respect. I cannot imagine her being anywhere but Lyndale. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one who needs special care. She passed away in August of 2024, and she is at peace. I am so thankful for Lyndale Memory Care.

You want the best for your loved one. Look no further than Lyndale Memory Care. They understand people with memory issues and work with them lovingly. They have gone beyond helping us with our mother's last hospital stay and bringing her back home to people that she trusts and getting back to familiar surroundings. God has truly blessed us with her being there and the people who love their job working with these special clients. It's a beautiful building with activities and calmness. We absolutely wouldn't want her to be anywhere else for care this side of Heaven!

The care for my mother was great. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the care my mother received while there. After her passing, I can't get the billing people to respond to me, both local and home company. I have emailed the two local contacts and nothing. I have the corp company and left a message. Still nothing. She passed in March. This is absurd to not get a response. I don't ask for a call, just an email for explaining of the refund. Is that too hard to ask for? This has been going on since March. Hope no one else has to go through this when their loved one passes.

One year ago today, three years after my mom’s brain aneurysm, I moved her into Lyndale memory care. It was the hardest but best decision I ever made. Rachel and the Lyndale staff understand the trials, tribulations, and uncertainty you are going through making this decision. Rest assured each one of them are there for you and your loved one every step of the way. Rachel and the Lyndale staff have become family to my mom, me, and her family. They go over and above in their care and love for each resident. Each staff member, resident and extended relatives are one family unit. Rachel once said to me, “the beauty of this community is both a blessing and a curse.” She said this after another resident in memory care dear to my mom’s heart, ascended into God’s arms. It caught me off guard, but I understood the meaning, my mom just lost a family member. To all those who have this difficult decision ahead of them, I hope and pray they become a family member of Lyndale memory care.

Lyndale Abilene Memory Care has been an absolute blessing to our family. Its tough to have to put a family member under someone else's care, but the people here really care about their residents and put our minds at ease. I don't have to worry whether mom is getting quality care or not. My mind is at ease knowing the facility is first class, the staff cares and that they are very well trained in how to deal with the difficulties that come with memory care. It is a tough job, and I'm grateful to have such a wonderful facility as Lyndale, in Abilene.

It's obvious that the staff genuinely cares & loves the residents. There are plenty of laughs and entertainment provided. Lyndale Memory care is a wonderful facility for two members of my family. The decision to place your loved one in a care facility is a hard decision to make. The staff at Lyndale Memory Care are great and the care is wonderful. My loved ones are treated with respect and it makes it much easier for me knowing that they are so well taken care of. I absolutely love Lyndale Memory Care in Abilene ,Texas! In August 2019 my husband needed to be put in a facility for Early onset Alzheimer's! My sister and I went and toured it and absolutely feel in Love with it! It was beautiful and everyone there was so kind and caring! The atmosphere is so wonderful it is more like your home and not a facility! I went everyday 7 days a week to be with him and I fell in love with all of the residents and employees! It is just like one big family! The food is awesome and the room are awesome! You get to decorate them for your love one and make it there on!! They have so many different activities that the residents can participate in! My husband has since passed! But I would definitely tell anyone that's ask me about Lyndale that it is the place to put you love one! Sharon Barron Baird Tx.

Lyndale Memory Care Centers a complete joke the only good thing about this place is Chef Edward and a few members of the medical staff other than that I would not recommend putting anyone to love in this facility

My mother in law has been at Lyndale Memory Care since July 2019. Lyndales staff is outstanding; I cant say enough about how caring and thoughtful they are to my mother in law and she loves it. She loves her residence and her neighbors and she really loves the food (restaurant quality). We are so happy with the decision we made to place her in Lyndales care. Our prayers have been answered; and her quality of life is so much better. Thank you for your wonderful staff.

The best thing that happened in 2020 for us was the serendipity of finding Lyndale Care Center. They were able to admit my mom in early 2020 before Covid restrictions. She had the opportunity to experience the outstanding care and facilities before and during the subsequent lockdown. Lyndale staff were absolutely outstanding. The social activities, the dining, the generous walking options, the Town Square...everything was well planned and designed for the residents. I would love to be able to thank each of the staff for their care of my mom but especially Rachael, Patti, Darlene, and Tyson. Moms dementia progressed over the year and required more and more care. The staff went way beyond expectations to meet her needs. In the end, Big Country Hospice was engaged and they also did a fantastic job. Thank you all and God Bless You for the career path you have chosen.

Years ago in Scandinavia it was discovered that people with Alzheimers and other dementia related illnesses are far less anxious if they have a town square in their community. While this has been a best practice across the Atlantic for a while, I believe Lyndale Memory Care is the first such community in Texas. The first words out of nearly everyones mouth when they enter the town square are, Oh, wow! This amazing, award-winning decor paired with great residents, the associates who care for them, and the engaging programming make Lyndale Memory Care a truly special place. I love showing folks our great community! You should come see it!

Lyndale Abilene Memory Care has been a huge blessing for my mom. The facility is beautiful, immaculate and perfectly planned for maximum usage and comfort. The apartments are spacious, bright and cheery. The friendly, helpful staff are always smiling and encouraging. Weve watched Mom blossom and thrive since moving in. There are more daily activities than you can imagine, thanks to Rachel. Each one is designed to promote brain stimulation, interaction and socialization. Lyndale invites the residents families to a monthly evening event. Each one is fun and well planned. It gives residents and families an opportunity to bond and feel like a big supportive family. The residents genuinely have fun while being cared for in a respectful, loving manner. Lyndales food is top notch. Chef Edward and his staff produce high end restaurant quality meals daily. I honestly cant say enough about Lyndale Abilene Memory Care. Mom loves it and so do we. Its truly a gem and a blessing for those in need of memory care.
