Mom has only been there a short while. I like the change I see in mom due to the personal care from the loving-caring workers. I am confident that I will be changing my rating to a 5 in the future.

Laurel Oaks is a very unique place of business. In my time of visits there I have felt completely at home. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is inviting and warm, and the food is amazing. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like youre apart of the family! This place is really the best there is. Thank you so much for creating that special environment for people in their time of need.

I really like that the meals are basically home meals they have a good taste. The staff has been attentive with my mother. She gets to go walk outside and tries to engage in activities that are offered. It's a very small community everyone is friendly it's a very positive atmosphere here. Everything is well cleaned and organized.

It's a nice clean community, the staff are nice, and Mom says that she has really been enjoying the food. I'd give them 5s across the board. The only issue we've run into is that we gave them some specific instructions about who to put through to her if someone calls on the phone, and they haven't been doing a good job of sticking to that.
