I have been going there over a year taking my dog every Friday and the residents love her. This facility is just like a second home to me. The staff is wonderful. Sometimes I just stop in without my dog to say HI. The residents and staff are so welcoming. The rooms are so nice that are each personalized just as an apartment. I have nothing but praise for Springfield Heights.

I just love this facility. I come monthly to do Art Meditation sessions. The staff and residents ALWAYS greet me with a smile. The spirit of the location is absolutely beautiful.

The staff is excellent. They are really good at making the new residents feel at home and cared for. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The people here meant so much to our family in our mom's final months. We didn't know how little time she had, but we are happy with our choice. Thank you for your excellent care and attention.

Wonderful facility. It is clean, always decorated for the season so beautifully. The staff takes great care of everyone. My mom loves the food and has such a cheery room to be in when she is there. Very thankful for this place.
