Staff was excellent with my stay and I was treated well. I recommend this place to everyone with any kind of sickness are problems walking rehab is extremely nice and one on one is great . I want to think each and everyone of the staff members for taking extremely great care of me .

I had a wonderful experience in this facility. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The administration staff was very helpful in answering all questions regarding my situation. The nurses and therapist did a great job helping me to get better. I would highly recommend it for anyone. Thank you for being such a great place for me to rehab.

I have had nothing but a great experience since I've been here. Staff and nurses have been great! Everyone is really sweet and welcoming. Really helps for those of us who couldn't do even the little things for ourselves. Really clean too. Rehab has been great and understanding.

My mother will be going to signature for rehab. I want to say Emily has done a wonderful job corresponding with myself and facility in setting up this transfer. Emily was quick in response and was able to send me all the admissions packet and even was able to answer some of the questions while I was filling out the paperwork. There was a hiccup but Misty and Emily was on it quickly to have it resolved!

Mom had Great Nurses, CNAs, & Therapists!!! Several of the other Staff would check in on us!!! Thank You for the great care Mom received!!! If she ever needs Rehab again, we'll be back!!!

The team at Spring City are so caring and really take care of their residents. I have met with them at events and they are always welcoming. Amanda their regional also does a great job on explaining their services and goals.

I have been here almost 2 months getting IV and physical therapy. I really enjoy the people who work here. Therapy is excellent. This is the second time I have had to have rehab and I asked to come here. I highly recommend this facility. Shawn and Mike are excellent nurses.

My sister was there for a couple weeks, and I just can't say enough good things about your facility, when I first walked in I was impressed by the quiet, cheery atmosphere. Next, her room was so nice with large windows for a great outdoor view and I know she appreciated that. The staff there were dedicated to her well-being and all were happy to assist her, whatever the need. I would not hesitate to go to Spring City Nursing Home and Rehabilitation if I needed to.

My brother was at Signature Health at Spring City for several weeks recovering after a hospital stay. They cared for him amazingly well! I cannot recommend more highly! They even called me, his Legal Conservator, and had a meeting with me and the entire staff caring for him to keep me informed. He was very happy there and treated well. If he needs another Rehab Facility, he wants to go back there and I agree!

Linda Floyd Posting publicly Used across Google services I have been a patient at Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center for 2 months now and am anticipating to be here for several more months due to the nature of the care and Rehabilitation I need to fully recover from my medical issues. I would fully recommend to anyone who needs an excellent place to be cared for an to recover to come to Spring City Care and Rehab. I have received nothing but absolute professional care from the Doctors, the Nursing Staff, the Physical and Occupational Therapists and the CNA's. Not only that, they actually have and show a true capacity to care! I have been Hospitalized for the last 6 months and been in several other facilities and NONE of them compare to the compassion and care given me here at Spring City Care and Rehab! What's wonderful is the professionalism matches that level of personal care and I have not found that anywhere else!! Spring City Care and Rehabilitation is truly unique that even the Management is personable and check in on you, and all of the staff is friendly, they make it a very pleasant place to stay while you recover and get the care, treatment and therapy that you need. At first, I was hesitant about sending my loved one to this place. But I went with my gut and so glad that I did. Very happy that my loved one was taken care of the way that I would take care of him. Highly recommend this nursing home.

This place is an amazing place to put a family member! My grandma came for rehab for about 2 weeks. The staff has kept me in contact every step of the way. The rehab department has went out of their way to help my grandma reach her full potential so that she could function at home with very minimal help. She complements the food and nursing staff. Social service director assisted her and made sure that she would have everything that she needed for home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing care for their loved ones. They are taken care of and loved like their own.

An amazing place. My mother in law has been here for a few years now in the Alzheimer's unit. We pop in often (before covid) to check on her. She's always clean, calm and the nurses are always friendly with her. I highly recommend them!

My mother was a resident at Spring City Rehab. She was suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease coupled with other medical issues. The care that mom received was excellent. She was treated like she was family by the staff. The nurses and the CNAs were awesome. Bowling one week and an Elvis impersonator the next!! A friend of my mothers' has lived at Spring City for over 2 years now. We have been to see her twice in the last few weeks. Once she was on an outing to the local bowling alley and the other we got to watch an Elvis performance (very good too)!! You can tell this group loves to care for our elderly!! This community is blessed to have a nursing home like this RIGHT HERE! Thanks for all you do.
