My mother is a resident of Deer Ridge and couldn't be happier. The care she receives from the staff is exceptional. The owners have been understanding of mom's needs and have done everything, not only to accommodate her but our entire family as well. It's unfortunate that families have to make these difficult decisions. Fortunately though, we chose The Courtyard at Deer Ridge, and have never regretted it.

I have lived in an apartment here at Deer Ridge for 14 years. My apartment has been comfortable. Was pleased with last administrator and pleased with the new administrator. When I have to have special things done I text for help like, to get a leaky pipe fixed or the commode keeps running. I am pleased with the service and staff.

My mother was a returning resident in February of 2021 in an independent apartment. During her short stay there the staff took great care of her. She wasn’t always the easiest resident, but the staff was kind and patient with her during those times. Matt was always very responsive to my questions and requests, and I’m glad she spent her final days in their care.

This is a wonderful place to live. I am very happy here you need to be an independent senior but if you need help they are always here to help you this is been a wonderful place for me to live over the past year

I was an employee at the Courtyard At Deer Ridge, Dayton Tn 37321, I loved my job while there, good staff to work with, they are very responsible for the care of the residents there, they are kept clean, rooms are clean, food is good and the residents are treated like one big family. I would recommend this to anyone for care of a loved one. The rental apartments are also very nice. A very quiet complex.

The Courtyard staff was very kind and helpful when I called with questions or visited. The owner, David, made himself available 24/7 to myself and my family. Their Director of Nursing always contacted me and notified me of any changes or anything she thought I needed to be aware of. We were so comfortable and slept easy at night knowing mom was in their care.

They do a really good job of managing his behavior. He seems to say inappropriate things at the wrong time and they do a good job in directing that and handling it. They act quickly. I am pretty happy with them, they do a good job.

The Courtyard was great; it was up to date and from what I saw, it was fine. Shes living in a three-bedroom apartment with two other women and theres somebody with them 24/7. Shes got her own closet and bathroom. Shes been there for two weeks. Were very pleased with The Courtyard.
