I am a nurse and have been visiting weekly with my therapy dog Josie. I am so impressed with the care the residence receive. They are well cared for and have many enrichment activities daily. Their rooms are always clean and the residents are lovingly looked after like family. The best facility i have ever been involved with. They do a fantastic job!

The staff at this facility are amazing. They go above and beyond in the level of care they provide to each resident. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have a good entrance and exit system to ensure that residents do not leave unaccompanied by a family member. I highly recommend this facility!

What a wonderful facility located right in the nook of Sevierville! The building itself is spectacular, with its lovely accommodations and gorgeous scenery. The staff, truly define what it means to care and act as a family towards their residents. I was going to do a community service project with Dominion. I met with Angela long and she gave us a very detailed tour of the facility and living spaces. It is very clean and inviting. Ms.Long was very helpful with answering every question my family and I had. I highly recommend Dominion if you are looking for an elderly care center.

I have been with Dominion since September of 2018 and absolutely love it! The environment is welcoming, clean and resembles a hotel more so than a facility. We have a great team of nurses, caregivers, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance and business office staff who each put in a whole lot of love to make all of our residents healthy, safe and happy.
