Management has been fair and gives ample warning when and if any HUD inspections of are scheduled, or any maintenance intrusions are needed. This may not seem like a big issue to many , but I enjoy my right to privacy. As far as the rumors of a bedbug invasion, as of now, I have been here a year, and only have heard/seen evidence irregardless of any popularity contest business and residents may have on the subject, one male resident told me in confidence something was "biting" him at night and if he squished it blood came out. Two female residents were discussing that a woman I haven't met yet, was being taken elsewhere because bedbugs were found. HOWEVER take with salt. my point of view to share is first hand. *I dont care what anybody tells you. The 8th floor Penthouse suite is MINE! It was time for a laugh

I love my apartment. The managers are so very great answer all questions. So very helpful with all my problems. The mangers Mike and Bill are super great.

This mattress was found on the outside of the building on April 10, 2022. The people of Oak Ridge work really hard to make this building the best that it can be for it's residents. Management is helpful and friendly. There is a wooded stream that goes by the property on the way to Dollar General, in the other direction is an IGA and a Goodwill. there is daily transportation M-F with a 24 hour notice in the area.
