There are so many things to love about Windlands East. First the Staff is amazing and always take the time to be helpful and compassionate no matter the circumstances. The Community is welcoming and friendly the residents look out for each other it is truly home.

I moved into Windland East approximately (7) months ago and could not be more pleased. My apartment was clean, comfortable and all the appliances in good operational order. There were a couple of issues regarding a plumbing and lighting issue which when reported, were addressed with expediency and in a professional and friendly manner. Although I have spent much time in the dining facility, on occasion when I have the meals were varied and well prepared. I find all the Staff from the maintenance, janitorial, activities and dinning extremely friendly and accommodating whenever speaking to myself or any of the residents. Hat's off to the Windland East Management for outstanding job in promoting an atmosphere of fine team spirit among the entire Staff here. It is my intention to remain here well into the foreseeable future along with the many friends I have come to know.

I have only just moved in to Windlands East in Madison, TN, but it already feels like home. Both the residents and staff have made me feel accepted and part of a family. After losing my husband 1 1/2 years ago I tried to stay in our home, but it just became a lonely shell where I just existed. At Windlands I have already made new friends and feel like part of a family again. The food is top notch and more than you can usually eat and the activities are many and quite entertaining. The staff is really what impressed me the most. From the General Manager, to the kitchen staff, to the maintenance crew and everyone in-between, they always have a smile on and really seem to love their jobs. Thank you Windlands for taking this senior into your fold and making her feel so "WELCOME"!

This place is awesome. Every employee goes the extra mile to make the residents lives better, from assistant manager, Michelle Purdue, to the staff who juggles both waiting tables and housekeeping, and Resident Exxpierence Coordinator ,Carlene Hannah. A special shout-out to Head Chef Rich , who has implemented special monthly buffets, weekly omelets bars, and special meals for the major holidays. Ive been disabled for 14 years and am happier at Windlands East than I have been since retiring from a career in nursing.

I moved into Windlands East during the Coronavirus pandemic. I was in quarantine for two weeks as a new resident. All my meals were brought to me, and management was but a phone call away, if I had any questions or concerns. After my two weeks were up, I was invited to the dining room and also to participate in activities. Management followed the department of Health guidelines during this time. Everyone wore masks and social distancing was enforced. In the dining hall, there was a center table with four tables around it, like a flower. In that way, we were able to get to know our neighbors. Unfortunately, we were all quarantined. We are still in quarantine, but hopefully we will be released from it soon, with masks and so I distancing also. Ive written this long narrative to tell everyone that if you are looking for a place to live, contact Windlands East. Every single person on staff, from maintenance to management, that I have had an interaction with, has been friendly and caring. Our meals are brought to us, as is our mail. We are kept up to date with Coronavirus news. My doctor visits are in my apartment, and management has set up video appointments with doctors also. They think of everything.Im quite content here. In my opinion, this is a good place to live

Ive been living here for a year now. Large turnover in the staff. Especially in the housekeeping and serving dept. Its a retirement community. They have transporting to banks, post office, Dr. Appts, and shopping. They plan lots of activities and entertainment too. They serve 3 meals a day with your choice of 3 to 4 things. Usually pretty good. Fresh bread, salad, and soup everyday. All food and utilities are included in your rent. Basic cable also provided. Pretty good price for what all you get. If your rent is up to date you can stay at Any Holiday community anywhere free. They have over 300 locations across the United States. I recommend checking it out. You can visit and stay as a guest in the guest suite for free. Just give them notice you are coming. Good friends and Good times.
