If you are medically complex, this is not the facility for you. Simple orthopedic injuries is what this facility can handle for rehabilitation. Usually 1 nurse for the whole floor, slow to give meds. Only a few knowledgeable nurses there. Only 1 tech for the whole floor per shift, They don’t go over meds before they give them to you unless you press them. Very old facility but they are doing some remodeling.

My mother got very sick and we had to put her there we was hesitant at first but the day shift was absolutely awesome they cared for her like that was their own mother or grandmother I can't praise them enough for what they done for her they kept her comfortable and happy even in some of the worst times that she had if I have to put my father in a place it would be there and I actually work at a retirement community so it is saying a lot thank the whole staff for all that they done for my mom.

My loved one has been there for over a year, not due to the facility. There were a few small issues in that occurred but when it was brought to someone's attention it was handled promptly and without issue. The staff were very attentive and seemed to truly care about the services provided. For the most part all was kept clean and tidy. I do recommend this facility.

I could not wait until I leave to do a review I've been here 6 days I just had to let everyone know being a patient at Nashville Center for rehab and healing if you have a loved one that needs to be in a facility to get therapy to get speech just to name of few . The people here the staff they're wonderful they're very helpful they go above and beyond I don't know if I could name names but I will find out after I leave because they do need to be recognized on every shift they have someone that wash your clothes and bring them fold them and bring them back to you, they have activities for you to do three to four times a day they're fun I will be doing a review after I get this message which I'll be here probably a couple of more weeks but not only do God have me also. BE BACK WITH ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER I GET DISCHARGED.

My experience at the Nashville Center for rehabilitation and healing has been a very, very pleasant. I have enjoyed my stay there , I would choose it again if I need to Come back. I came here on 9/22/25 after spending 3 days in the VA hospital. Then being transpored by ambulance to the Nashville Rehabilitation & Healing facility. When I got here I was greeted warmly and they accepted me with open arms everyone from the nurses, nurses aides, my social worker and all of the administrative people were very friendly and treated me with kindness respect the physical therapy people were wonderful and worked with me to get my strength back and all of the staff from house keeping to dietary and laundry personal were wonderful and everyone treated me lie family I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends and even strangers.

I visited a family member at Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and the front desk helped me sign in..I was clueless. She has excellent customer service skills. As I walked the hallway, the staff was serving lunch and greeted me with a smile and spoke to me. Sometimes a friendly smile can change a person's day. Thanks for all you do.

I was very impressed with the Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. My brother seems to be happy here so far. He was a patient here several years ago as well. The staff are friendly and have been attentive to his needs. The room is clean and satisfactory. The nurses I have met are both caring and respectful. I feel he is getting good care here. I will do another review as he is a faily new patient again. But so far so good. THANK YOU.

I’m currently an inpatient here getting physical therapy for a total knee replacement. I’m very glad I decided to come here the staff are all very supportive. All the nurses that have taken care of me always keep me informed on my medication and have done everything they can to help me get comfortable , they have a great concierge director that has made my stay here awesome. Administration staff are great. They have a great kitchen you can call and order your custom meals awesome cheese burger lol I want to thank Jason for always preparing what I order and makes sure it gets to me hot. I’ve unfortunately had to go through rehab before and Nashville rehabilitation center is by far a much better facility . I’m going to have my other knee replaced couple of months and if will definitely be back if needed. Thank you everyone for making my recovery possible

My dear neighbor had a mild stroke and today I visited her at Nashville Ctr for Rehab n Rehabilitation. The staff was so friendly. The environment open and airy and light-filled. Beautiful courtyard filled with birds and lovely trees. Best of all, my sweet friend is doing great! She loves the nurses, her physical therapist and social worker. She wanted me to meet them all. (Of course she wants to go home ad quickly as possible) but in the meantime, she is thriving! What a blessing. My family and hers are so grateful ™ for her good care. Very clean and secure. The only concern I have is that u can't reach anyone and when you call back and leave a message they don't return the call. Update: as stated before, u can't correspond with anyone. A day after admission visited PT with a broken hip surgery and elbow surgery post 2 days upon entering this facility. The arm was in a sling and was supposed to be immobile. The pt was given a urinal to use. Left without a call light for 2days. With little to no communication, requested a care/ treatment plan, to which they agreed the day of the meeting, I was told to go to PT room. The social worker came in and only answered my questions, shortly the nurse came in and informed of Dr appts. This "care plan" was held in pts room, questioning HIPPIAS rules and regulations. Urinal on bedside table where is was served meals. Ready for discharge, requested Discharge meeting, to be informed of all involved with DC. The paperwork presented was inaccurate, and lacking important information. The worst infraction one of many was I wasn't informed of the dressing changes on PT elbow. There was a bandage on his elbow with date 8/3, PT dcd on 8/4. The next Dr appointment wasn't noted on the discharge paperwork, however there was an appointment noted on 8/31. If I hadn't had a background to know that this dressing couldn't stay in place that long. Called Dr office, had appointment on the 9th, rescheduled for the 11th.Stated the order for dressing changes sent to the facility after last Dr appt with all the essentials needed for the changes, received none. Had to unfortunately carry PT to er on 8/7 and while there the dressing change was done, a week late. The gauge had dried out and grown into the wound. Physical therapy noted no dressing changes on orders. I again haven't been able to speak to anyone on this. BEWARE

I was there to visit a friend and I guess housekeeping hadn't been there yet but other than that everything was fine. She didn't look miserable or even a little uncomfortable so she seemed content if that's the word. Thanks for taking care of her. I'm currently a resident at this facility. I've been here 10 days so far and I have no complaints at all. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses, the therapist I deal with the nurses aids, I have the best care most professional treatment by all the staff. The kitchen team puts out great food. I'm pleased that I chose Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to help me get back on track after my accident. I would like to say thanks to everyone.

I made a good decision to come here. The staff is so nice and helpful. I've come a long way in my recovery. I'm looking forward to accomplishing the goals I have set for myself and returning home as a self sufficient woman taking care of my own needs and not depending on my son for everything. I was greeted at the door by a very professional and kind lady! Shame on me for not asking her name! I was directed to my uncle's room, during my visit I witnessed the interaction between nurse and patient, I did get her name, Tensley,she was amazing and very professional and her people skills were off the charts!
