I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was visiting a patient who had knee replacement surgery and needed rehabilitation. She was in good spirits and looking forward to leaving soon. Her impression of the staff was very positive and reflected their professionalism.

The rehab facility was clean all the staff was nice and friendly and the most helpful was the cleaning staff she was very nice and the new part of the facility was nice a long with the new floors Though out the building keep it clean and safe thank you

Staff was very nice and involved in my sister's life. She has been taking baths and she loves being clean with fresh clothes. She is very active and doing well at this facility. I noticed that the staff works together to meet the needs of their clients.

From the admissions of my loved one to now the staff has been awesome. First person I saw was Tia, great spirit & personality. I could tell she enjoys her job & loves people. Second person I encountered was Jose', loved his bedside manner & easy going demeanor. We talked about my loved one's care & a couple of our own life & military experiences. Great person with a big heart. Thank you all for taking such good care of my loved one.

Nashville Center for Rehab is a great place for rehabilitation. Wonderful room to get better and all the PT are professional. CA's are responsive and their care is awesome. And there are many care takers for residents. You don't see these in other facilities. And the food is incredible.

The facility was in good order, the patients were cordial to visitors, no one was hollering out in discomfort and my cousins room was descent and no odors. The attendant was over the top helpful and polite. Great job to your team!

I visited my brother and right after I arrived, he needed to go to the bathroom and a technician was paged to assist him to the bathroom. I wished they would shave him ( he never has grown a beard & his hair needs cut). This is my only complaint & concern.
