I lived there for 6 years. Moved in 2024. The first few years were fine. The last three were a nightmare. Bugs rodents residents fighting. There was actually a bloody couch in the hall for weeks where one resident cut another resident. Stay away if you can. Management has gone downhill progressively in the last few years. I was literally afraid toward the end of my time there.

This is a fantastic living experience, the management is very professional, the maintenance staff is great and the apartments are very clean with a great view of a Nashville.
