This place is a hidden treasure for seniors in Nashville. Reasonably priced, safe, wonderful front desk, and spacious apartments. I'm so thankful we were able to find it for my mom. She loves it!

This is a very nice place for the elderly or those who receive disability benefits. It is 18 floors. However, 1st floor is the office, Library, etc and the 18th is a recreational area and laundry room. To my understanding the rent is very reasonable. They have studio type apartments to two bedrooms. There's also a wrap around balcony on the 18th floor that you can see the entire city of Nashville. I have attached photos of the beautiful view!

My mother has lived here for many years, and yeah! I am finally old enough to qualify. Love the quiet, and private atmosphere. Beautiful grounds and views of Nashville. So close to all our doctors! Activities for those who like that sort of thing, or privacy for others who don't. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Well managed. Every year the management seems to make changes that help ensure we all have a pleasant and safe environment to call "home". Would rate a full five except I wish apartments allowed for washer/dryer hookups, more closet space in the smaller units, and opportunity for covered parking, even if it costs more.
