Working with Honeyhill has been one of the best job experiences that I have honestly enjoyed immensely. There is an emphasis on compassion for our clients, and during my time here I was able to meet many kind and appreciative people- both from my employers and clients. Honeyhill is one of the very few employers whom I have felt actually valued. Any issues that I did have were responded to and resolved either that same day, or the next. Too many employers will brush off issues that don’t affect them personally, but that was not my experience at all. All in all, I wish I could continue working with Honeyhill, but the only reason I’m leaving the company is because I’m moving out of Tennessee completely. Thank you to all the honeybees for giving me new perspectives and experiences that I’m sure I will remember for a very long time.

HoneyHill Home Care was an answered prayer for our family. We knew my mom would resist having help come into her home to help and assist her but she loved everyone of the aids. We had to go from just having someone in the daytime while I was at work to 24 hours. The girls were all so sweet and kind. The management is great. If one of the girls were running late or called out management would come so I didn't have to miss work until they could get a replacement! Highly recommend HoneyHill!!

My husband and I have used Honey Hill for the last five months. He is recovering from a stroke and I am limited, because of back issues, to be of much help to him. Our caregiver, Tammy Warrick, has been a God-send. She is extremely capable and sensitive to his needs such as bathing, dressing, preparing his breakfast and anything else that is necessary in the way of personal care. She is dependable and always cheerful and willing to do anything I have asked of her. She makes the bed, takes out the trash, goes to the grocery and other light housekeeping. It has been a pleasure to do business with Honey Hill and we highly recommend them.

We have used Honey Hill twice in the last year - first to help with my Dad as he was dying of cancer and to help my mom as she recovered from 3 procedures with hospitalization and rehab. They were very caring and conscientious. Our aid Tanya was exceptional. She did laundry, washed windows, assisted with meal prep, walked outside with mom, brought her gifts, and even researched how to make a slip-on bandage for her foot. Mom has recovered enough now that she doesnt require constant attention but she will really miss Tanyas company. We highly recommend their service.

Honeyhill has been providing 24-7 care for my mom for almost two years. They have been very professional and caring and have never missed a shift. They are good about sending me a schedule every week with who will be working and what days. Some of her regular caregivers who have been with her for a while will send my dad a brief text every day or two on how she is dong and also a picture or two which has been especially appreciated during the Covid lockdown. They seem to work well with Stones River Manor where my mom is a resident. The Sloan family could not ask more for a service of this type and we highly recommend them.

They actually care! This is very hard to find with caregiving companies nowadays. To most caregiving companies they dont care about their caregivers or their clients for that matter. Honey Hill is very different when it comes to both. They care about their clients and caregivers. You can reach Becca and Mike at any time as a caregiver if you have concerns or complaints. They make sure that they think of every detail. If you have a new client they send you details so youre not going in blindsided. They even meet with you to introduce you to the new clients! I havent had any other caregiving company do that before. Theyre extremely organized, kind, and efficient! They handle their business and make sure youre taken care of as well. I couldnt say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for a place where your loved ones will be taken care of I recommend Honey Hill 1,000 times over. I love and respect these people so much and I wouldnt trade my experience here for anything!

As a daughter of a parent who was diagnosed with lung cancer and does not have much time on this earth, the last few days are the most important. The Honey Hill Home Care, the Cutter family were very compassionate. The young lady who took care of my mother was very trustworthy, which took away some stress. She was able to take away the loneliness that my mother had, encouraging, honest and attentive, along with being reliable when I needed her extra days. The caregiver also took extensive notes on my mother, very professional, and went beyond. The family who owns Honey Hill Home Care were always very kind, responded to situations and were able to communicate clearly. Lastly, the paperwork was done correctly, which is very impressive.
