I had a very good visit to Harmony. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are very nice and look like new. The lobby area and eating area are very pretty and inviting.

First and foremost, the staff is wonderful, caring, kind, truly vested in the well-being of their clients. The residence there are very sweet and really seem to look out for each other and care immediately about newcomers. I have one suggestion. There’s a lot of information that you’re giving about Harmony before move-in, but there really needs to be a checklist that serves as an orientation for new residents including every person they should meet or know whom they will be working with, all the processes and things that go along with the day in the life of a Harmony resident. Additionally I would ask that they develop a checklist on the logistics of what it takes to move in to Harmony For example, who are you contacting what is the process to get pictures hung, how do you put in a maintenance request and what are the types of things you put in a maintenance request for. What is the expected wait time in assistance if you need a tech on the assisted-living floor, if you’re in assisted-living, what’s expected for how you will get to dinner and other places, where are the calendars and activities and such, is there a tour provided after move-in or checklist provided of all the various facility amenities to visit, where they are located, and how to use them. There’s a lot to this big beautiful facility and it could be somewhat intimidating for a new resident. I would even recommend something like seeking out resident volunteers, just 1-2 to do a team tour with each new resident that comes in. Again, I’m very happy that my mother is there, she said she feels safe there and she loves her fellow residents.

We have lived here from day one of the opening. We are extremely happy with the people who take care of us. Covid has shown us just how deeply concerned for our safety they are. Would recommend Harmony to everyone.

My Mom is a current resident. We have had an exceptional experience at Harmony. The staff is very hardworking and resident centered. She is very happy with her apartment and her friends.

Great facility....but it is my prayer that COVID-19 is being controlled in the facility with residents and employees. As a family member of a loved one I want to make sure you all are practicing safety at all times. Mask and gloves should be worn. Temperature checks daily. Diner rooms should remain closed until no cases are found.

For the time being - I cant give more than 3 stars even tho it is brand new. Went from serving great food per chef on staff to low grade institutional meals even inmates would protest over. Who takes unused fruit cups dumps them together to try to create a pie out of? The seniors wont have it and my mother-in-law winds up eating a grilled cheese sandwich more often than not. Recently they were given an option for their meal between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Who does that? This is not an option - thats just what do you want on your hamburger question . They are supposed to have options. Tread very carefully if you think that youre going to get Chef-style Meals that they promised. When they make new adjustments and hire a chef and start serving what $5,000 a month rent should purchase then maybe Ill think about changing my three star review.

I cant say enough good things about The Crossings at Victory Station! The staff is absolutely the best! They are very caring and professional people who have the heart for running a facility for our aging loved ones! Thank you so much for caring for my Mother-In-Law and for giving my husband and I the peace of mind we need in knowing she is being well taken care of!

The Crossings at Victory Station is a great place to live. I moved here before I needed to be here and it is the best decision I ever made. The atmosphere is great, management is wonderful, food is fabulous and the residents are all like family. I love my apartment and have decorated it like my home. There are scheduled activities to interest everyone. A resident can stay as busy as they want to be!!!!! When you enter The Crossings -- it says Welcome Home!!!!

The facility has a nice open feel with lots of light. The staff is very helpful and looks out for the residents. There has been a few growing pains as can be expected with a new facility. We choose this place for my mother and we are very pleased.

No amount of words can describe the joy we have with the staff and environment of their amazing place. Our dad passed recently after many long years of dealing with dementia. Our mother took care of him. This care took a toll on her health so the decision to move her to an independent living facility was easy but so emotionally hard. Everyone told us to give her a few months to adapt. She went reluctantly. It took 3 days. THREE days for her to call and say she absolutely loves it and felt so comfortable living there. She calls me daily about three times to tell me her schedule and the joy in her voice is wonderful. She is loved. She is well cared for and she is happy. Thank you so much for loving my mom like she was yours. If you are considering The Crossings...dont hesitate. Call them and know everything they tell you is 100% true. They care. They work their Fannies off to ensure all get what they need.
