Highly Recommended!! We recently placed my brother in The Village at Primacy Place and our family is very grateful and appreciative of the response care and concern shown by all the staff especially Eddie Caruso, Sybil the Nursing Director and John, Administration Director for getting the hurdles crossed quickly. We were put in contact with VPP by a Place for Mom. My brother had been in a rehab facility and was being discharged in a short time window with no place to go. Eddie contacted me very quickly and assisted us through every step of the placement right down to the move in of my brother. The clinical staff, facility and amenities are all focused on my brother's care. The place is bright, and the staff does not hide in an office. I can not say enough about Eddie Caruso, from our first contact, I think was March 2, 2023, we moved my brother in to VPP on March 7, 2023. Considering that on March 1, 2023 we had no clue what we were going to do with my brother, this seems totally amazing to me!! Thanks again to all the staff at the Village at Primacy Place for everything you do!! I took these photos on March 9, 2023

While continuing my search for the best place for my grandmother, I met with Eddie Caruso. I could not asked for a better representitive to help me through this process. Eddie has taken such personal care with meeting myself and my grandmother. His empathy for families during this process is incredible. He has been so patient and understanding with us. The Village is a beautiful envirement and facility. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Moved my family member there March 2020 and the world shut down. They have been very patient and kind during this troubled time. The staff is helpful and caring. The apartments are large and full of light. Plenty of room for a one bedroom. My uncle is currently very happy in his new home.

My experience with my loved one at this facility has been absolutely wonderful. I visited a few care home before I decided to go with this one. The staff is amazing. Mary was great in making sure that all my loved ones needs were meet. She made sure that his living quarters were setup perfectly, making him feel right at home. Fresh flowers were also there to welcome him to his care center. Roneshia followed up on all of our concerns. She sent photos or FaceTimed any issues being resolved. The employees even worked overtime to ensure my loved one was comfortable and safe. They made sure his phone was always charged and available for my calls. Everyone was very accommodating and calmed all anxiety of my loved one being safe. I highly recommend this care facility.

I cannot tell anyone enough how great this place is just me visiting to find my loved one of forever home I am beyond in love with the village of primacy place they were so compassionate and so understanding to meet my loved ones needs Im not even in the door yet moved in but I am so in love with the village of primacy place. Mary who is in marketing is beyond the most beautiful person I have ever met in my life I cannot tell you enough how much love I feel coming just from her alone I cannot wait to update this and write another review in the future I am so excited to have my loved one live here we move next week and I cannot wait anyone I mean anyone who is looking for somewhere for their loved ones this is the place!!!

The Village at Primacy Place is a wonderful environment for Seniors to call home. Clean, updated and the residents are always so pleased with the staff there, especially with Mary Houston. She is so professional and so helpful with taking care of business, and at the same time so personable with everyone and always checking to make sure that the residents are Happy from Day one! She is a true Gem there! I also know she makes living there fun! She treats the residents as if they are guests in her home, courteous always and always ready to lend a helping hand! I am with a mover who knows how well she handles everything, making their move-in a very smooth transition! Her staff is awesome and leadership there really believes in Team Work! It shows every time we move a resident into the Village of Primacy Place. It makes our job a lot easier too!

The Village at Primacy Place is awesome! My Mom lives there and she loves it. EVERYONE there is so nice and sweet. They help Mom with whatever she needs with a smile. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. When Mom needs help, they are there in a flash! I looked at many assisted living facilities in the Memphis area and this one is the BEST! I am so glad my Mom is here!

The care at the Village At Primacy Place is fantastic because they make each resident feel like they are at home. The staff are amazing, the food is great, and the daily activities make the residence a very active place and greatly help the residents. Also, the therapist the facility has on site make it easier for residents. The maintenance of the building is very high. In case residents have any maintenance needs, they can inform the office, and repairs will be made immediately. My Mother has been at the Village for 2 and 1-2 years. I have grown to love and respect everyone who works there. They take such good care of my mother who is almost 94 and has dementia. The staff shows such love and care for her. Not only that, they show such love and care for all the families of their residents. This has been especially true since the Covid and quarantine began. Its like they have a special mission to take extra special good care of everyone. It has been hard for me not to be able to visit my mom inside the Village, but I am very comforted knowing she gets hugs and kisses and kind words throughout the day from the staff members. My favorite time is when one of the Directors texts me pictures of my mom while she is talking to me!! Also I love the special events the Village puts on such as car parades for us to be able to see our loved ones from a distance. I know the Staff must have their own families and concerns to worry about. But every time I see any one of them it is with good cheer and a smile on their face through the mask. Yes. I am so very grateful for the good people of The Village at Primacy Place who have all earned their Angels Wings.

My mother moved into The Village about a year ago. She is a young 93 now. We love the caring environment, and her apartment is awesome. I highly recommend the Village to those looking for assisted living in a smaller community.

I cannot commend the staff enough. They have gone out of their way to make sure that the residents are safe and protected during this pandemic. They are extremely accommodating to family members, helping us stay in touch and safely visit our loved ones.

The staff and health care team are hugely valuable assets to this facility. We really feel we have a team partner to help us care for my Mother. A bonus is how well appointed and cute her apartment is. During this pandemic I so appreciate their diligence and care to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend.

I have visited there many times over the past decade. The place is always clean and well-maintained. The staff treat the community members like family they love. The environment is warm, caring, and inviting. The staff have gone far above and beyond during the challenging 2020 months requiring social distancing. While taking all required precautions--and beyond the legal bare minimums--to maintain the safety of the community members and staff, they also employed creative ways to provide virtual entertainment from local artists. I highly recommend the Village to anyone looking for assisted living in a smaller, family-like community run by people who truly love what they do.

We moved my mother in about a week before the lockdown. We were welcomed with open arms and met several very helpful people during that process. Since then, they have kept Mom safe and occupied, and she has made new friends. She feels secure and comfortable. The staff have been very responsive to my mother and to our familys needs. They have gone out of their way to find creative ways to let us safely see my her with socially distanced drive-bys and carefully planned events. The end result is that even during this crisis, my mother has had a secure community where she is safe has avoided having to feel vulnerable and isolated. Three cheers for VPP!

We would highly recommend the Village at Primacy Place. The management and staff took good care of our Mom during her time there. They worked with us to keep costs in check and were readily available to listen to any concerns we had. Your parent or loved one will love it there!!

Everything seems to be going ok for my parent. It is a nice community , very clean and well kept. The staff is nice and friendly; very helpful when needed. They offer different activities to keep the residents busy. The residents seem to be happy there. The food seems to be okay. Mom is still having a difficult time adjusting so she doesn't eat much.

The staff members at Brookdale have been stellar! They have given above and beyond service. My father in law is at Signature Rehab Center and they have gone to get him to take him to meet the other residents before he moves in there. I highly recommend them!!!

I saw nothing wrong or bad during the tour experience. I didn't pick them because it was more about the fact, it is an assisted living community. My mom s not ready for assistance. We felt like she would be more better served in an independent community.
