Comfort Keepers came highly recommended, however I'm honestly not impressed. The caregiver assigned to my loved one would do some things and leave written notes, then ignore them, sitting on their phone drinking coffee until it was time to leave. They were supposed to provide companionship as part of their duties. When I spoke to the rep they said they wanted to give them one last time to make it right. The caregiver overslept. Then they sent someone else but at that point my family member was so disgusted they wouldn't let them in. I know this industry is hard and I don't like to leave bad reviews but I will not be working with this company again.

We have had their services for about a month. All I can say is that we want Jassmine and Wanda to work as many shifts as possible! They are wonderful and take pride in their work. You can tell by the look on my father-in-law's face that he is just so happy when they are there. The others have been great too, I just haven't had anyone come that has been as consistent as Jassmine and Wanda. Those two are just STELLAR!!

Comfort Keepers continues to be a true gem in the Memphis area! If you need in home care for a loved one, know that they employ loving, compassionate staff. Many of their caregivers have worked for 10+ years at Comfort Keepers. I would recommend them to any of my friends and loved ones!
December 2023
Comfort Keepers took care of my grandmother while she was on hospice, 24 hour care. She was 102 and wanted to die at home. Comfort Keepers was able to give that to her. I could not have done it without them. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Comfort Keepers. How incredible the caregivers were (they are truly angels!) and how at ease I felt knowing my grandmother was able to be at home with loving people that truly truly cared as if she was their own family. From the get go, Mandi answered all my questions. Made me feel instantly like I was in good hands by telling me everything I needed to know. Telling me things I didn't even know I should ask or think about. It is beyond words what the caregivers did for me and my grandmother. They were experienced and loving. They didn't only take care of her, but they took care of me too. I had no idea about the end of life process or about hospice. These wonderful people shared with me their experiences and what to expect. They comforted me more than I can even express. Some of the caregivers that only took care of my grandmother a couple times would call me days later and ask how we were doing. Who does that anymore? Who cares that much anymore? The caregivers at Comfort Keepers do. The wonderful Mary Ann was there with me and my grandmother when she passed. She comforted me and sat with me until they came to get my grandmother. Their job is not easy. Changing and cleaning your loved one in itself is a hard job to do and the love and passion they had doing this for me and my grandmother, it stunned me. They would call me and let me know things I needed to know. The list goes on. I also trusted them in my grandmothers home. I cannot thank Comfort Keepers enough. Thank you so much for everything. If you are still reading this, don't wait - choose Comfort Keepers. They will take care of you and your loved one - and do more for you than you don't even know you'll need.

I work in the healthcare industry and had many families inquiring about non-medical home care services. Without reservation I recommend Comfort Keepers. My contact Mandi Burns is always responsive and I can give my recommendation with confidence because I know she will personally ensure the families get the care they need. Comfort Keepers has been around for many years and very active in the community.

Mandi always goes the extra mile to help families, even referring them to other professionals who can help with their unique situations.

I love Comfort Keepers. I've been referring them for years to my patients as a Social Worker. They offer great services and the people are so welcoming. I just love Mandi Burns. She is amazing and her personality speaks volume.
