My mother lived here for 4.5 years until her recent passing. She was well taken care of and was loved by the entire staff. In her first 2 years she was able to participate in the community with crafts & activities which kept her days busy & entertained. During the last 2 years she was not able to participate in the daily activities but they always found ways to include her as best as possible. We were very pleased with the care and consideration she received.

I've been working with the Brookdale staff over the last month transition my parents to their Assisted Living facility and they have been wonderful with their communication and have been very attentive to our needs. The facility is very clean and well managed. I hear wonderful things about the meals that are prepared there. Both my parents will be on-site within the week and are looking forward to Brookdale providing excellent care.

My Mom moved to Brookdale Browns Creek in 2021 from another assisted living facility. The difference in the level of care has been remarkable. This is the happiest Mom has been in years. I would give a 10 star rating if I could. All of the staff are amazing and routinely go above and beyond. The medical services are wonderful, especially given my Mom's special needs. The food service is great. The activities are plentiful. I really couldn't ask for better care for Mom. She is not just taken care of. She is loved. My siblings and I all LOVE Brookdale Browns Creek.

Brookdale Browns Creek has become home to us, the Staff and Residents are our family. I get up each morning looking forward to smiles hugs and greetings that warm my heart and fuel my day. BBC Staff are my kids, I love them and they love me, they care about me, genuinely care about me (all of them). I matter. I'm important, what I think matters, I'm encouraged and so is everyone else here, we're family.

I visited Brookdale while looking for a place for Mom to be in the future. First, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The dining room was immaculate. The common areas were very home-like. Everyone seemed so happy! I'm impressed.

My parents moved in 2 1/2 years ago. The staff has treated them like family since day 1. My father recently passed away and they could not have been more compassionate and helpful. They have taken extra care of my mother since he died. Recommend Brookdale Browns Creek highly!
