Moved into my apartment 4 months ago. And I have to say it has been a blessing. The staff has always been friendly and seem to really care about their job and the care for the residents. Maintenance team are always friendly and are always staying busy. The location is awesome with a bus stop in front of the property and the mall in the rear of property. Residents are for the most part friendly and seemed tobe always in a cheerful mood. The programs they have in place here are great as well, they give the Residents the feeling of independence yet support for there everyday needs. I love it here.

Ms Janice is the nicest lady you could ever meet She is a ppl person and very professional. she has AlWAYS been there with her stunning smile ; Blessed to know her Lived here 3.5 yrs; had medical problems last 6 months They've been really understanding and the residents that know are always just a call away The new Coordinator Ms Mary is sweet and very hands on in her department Ms Maggie has the happy glow about herself it's admirable; Mr James ( maintenance) very helpful and Mr David always keeping things looking good Living here is awesome , safety a plus always

I found the Staff to all be very helpful and knowledgeable Maintenance staff really goes above and beyond to keep things running. I love my little StudioHallways are generally quiet. My only complaint would be the appliances are past their lifespan. if they spent money on new appliances It would be perfect Office Staff have a lot to do and do a great ob with returning emails and phone. I'm very happy h

I've lived here for about 2+ years now. Most of the staff are friendly. The leasing office is very good and makes your moving in fairly easy. Sometimes you have to get a little assertive to get something done around here, but definitely more bang for your buck! Located in safe area, close to bus line and stores. Predominantly quite in a more mature atmosphere. I have to say, it is working for me on my tight budget. I wouldn't find anything else in Knoxville to fit my circumstances as West View Towers as to offer someone living on a minimal fixed income. It is clean, mainly kept up and most of the tenants are friendly . Come on over and say Hi if you see me

Nice place good people, great location. There's a tenant on the 10th flr William. He thinks he's privileged, but is nothing but a violent creep and a disturbed bully. I know there have been dozens of complaints by many past and present tenants about this deranged person.
