My mom has struggled at times, but the caring professionals at Deane Hill have treated her as if she was their mom too! Dymentia is terrible, I don't wish it on anyone's family, but this place has been wonderful for my family, Thank you!!

Deane Hill Place has been a God send for us. My loved one has been in several other memory care facilities that ended in evictions. He has been at Deane Hill for 6 months now and the staff has been wonderful. They are friendly, patient, compassionate and attentive. They not only listen to concerns, but take action to resolve them and go the extra mile to work with the behavioral issues that many times accompany dementia. The facility has a homey feel and house keeping is well maintained.

The workers are AMAZING and LOVING !! My mom lives there in memory care sector . The food is fresh hot and yummy . Her room is a generous size w handicap bathroom included .They do activities and go outside a lot too .

Deane Hill Place has been great to my family. After my uncle had a fall and needed surgery, we knew hed have a hard time taking care of himself at home. After careful consideration of many local retirement homes, we decided on Deane Hill Place after meeting the friendly staff and seeing how nice the rooms were. We were given a tour, and we were very impressed with the clean facility and friendly staff. My uncle has been there for a few months now and tells me all the time how great it is and how happy that he is there! I can go to bed easy every night knowing that my uncle is in the best of hands over at Deane Hill Place!

My mom had to leave her beautiful home and be placed in a nursing home at the beginning of the pandemic. I moved to the area at that time, hoping to see her. The staff at Deane Hill Place were very kind and very compassionate towards my mother and towards myself. They doted on her, and encouraged her to sing, which is what she loves to do! I was told that when she passed one of the nurses were singing to her… My hearts prayer answered. Thank you to the staff at Deane Hill Place especially Shelby for being so kind and humane!

While I did not choose Deane Hill Place for my loved one, I would have if the location was closer to my residence. Community Relations Manager, Talbot Fields, is top drawer; thorough and organized, yet compassionate and caring! Five Stars.

I looked at 8 different memory care facilities in the Knoxville area. Each one of them was like a mental institution. No outside access, small hallways, tiny rooms and residents packed in on top of eachother... one actually had a chain link fence around the top half of the porch. My grandmother loved to be outside in nature and go for walks. Deane Hill Place was the only place that had a spacious living area, large hallways, a huge screened porch with rocking chairs and an outside coutyard for her to walk in. They even let her garden and have a bird feeder. It was perfect for her. We never had any issues with the staff. My grandmother fell a few times and I was called immediately. I usually beat the ambulance to the hospital. The activites were wonderful and the food was great. My Meme was really happy there. I wanted the best place for her at her end of life. She took care of me all of mine and I wanted to do the same for her. I am so happy with my decision and I find comfort knowing how happy she was there before she passed.

Dropped my grandmother's husband off here, and seeing their amenities and staff, they are great for elder care. They're much more affordable and higher quality than his previous care providers that were in WA.
