Although my aunt was only at their rehab facility for three days, I wanted to express my thanks to Scott Brannan for all of his assistance, efforts and compassion in her care. He answered endless texts and calls. He even paid a visit her at another facility after she was no longer able to stay at Rainforest. . We appreciate his kindness very much. I would also like to give a shout out to Mika for her swift attention in an emergency situation. Her emergent response to my aunt may have just saved her life. Rain Forest is blessed to have both of you under their umbrella.

While it’s been awhile since my mom was a resident, they keep sending me emails to review once again! They figured I could make my mom stop doing her specific behaviors! How in the world can you work with elderly people and when it’s mental illness and dementia can you expect the family to stop their behaviors? We paid ahead and I expected a refund of the following month we paid ahead but NO, they did not! I had a different facility refund our money even thought it went against the rules due to the situation! Why couldn’t you! Hope all the HELP cares or at least most of them! You have a great facility but always changing your MAIN help! The owners are or were out of state so maybe that is the problem! I would work for them to get it changed but I need free range with the help! Most people were nice but I get you have elderly and people that are in pain, but you chose to work in this environment so maybe the owners need to have great incentives with decent pay and a building career platform!

While the facility is beautiful it cost to be there is questionable, I have a brother there and when we signed the agreement we were given a price of what his rent would be, but it changed on him. I don't think that is good business for those seniors

We are so glad we moved my grandmother here. Everyone has been super helpful and sweet and we know she is in great care when she is there. So comforting not to have to worry about her. Much of a relief off of us for them to handle some things that we were having to assist with like laundry, medicine, and cleaning. She really seems to enjoy the staff and the food. The building is so clean and the decor is warm and welcoming just as the pictures look. So thankful to have found the place. Scott, Michele, Mika, and all the others we have engaged with have been wonderful.

So pleased with Rainforest. I have noticed a good change in my Mom’s overall health. I don’t have to worry about my Mom’s care as I did the previous place. My Mom seems to enjoy her new place and has been making friends. The place is always clean. I am very thankful for the staff. They are very caring and always willing to help.

I really can't say enough good things about Rainforest Landings. They helped my family through the most difficult time we've ever been through. My mom was dying of breast cancer and had to go to UT Medical Center by ambulance. She was unable to walk or even sit up in bed, and we had no way of caring for her at home. I had no idea what we were going to do. On a whim, I called A Place For Mom, and they directed me to Rainforest Landings. Scott was an absolute lifesaver. He was kind, empathetic, and helped us every step of the way. He helped with every single issue we had. They allowed as many friends and family members who wanted to be there to stay 24/7. They even made vegetarian meals for her. The head nurse gave me her personal cell phone number in case we needed help. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for us.

Scott Brannon recently helped move my mother to Rain Forest Landing from another assisted living facility in town who could not meet her needs. He went above and beyond to ensure an easy transition for her. The staff and residents welcomed her and made her feel right at home. The staff really seem to care about the residents.

We came to visit about a week ago and are very impressed. From Scott, Nichole, down to the carestaff and dining. My mother loves it, and seems to be looking forward to moving in. First time I've seen her genuinely excited about something in years. Can't wait! Absolutely lovely location and back garden. I even seen a deer!! Who knew such beautiful wildlife would be right here in town!

I moved my mother here in early 2021, and she liked it so much that I moved my mother-in-law here as well later that year. The staff is friendly and caring, and the facility recently underwent some major renovations. The facility offers a variety of activities, and the food is good.

My mother has been a resident for 4 years. The caregivers know and love her and the feeling is mutual. This place and her caregivers are home and family to her . The only reason I didn’t give five stars is due to a lot of staff turnover. That however may be the nature of this business.
