For being a old hospital they did a great job. Turning it into a independent living facility what a great idea. Inside nice outside nice. Staff awesome people. My wife's mom loved the place and we are really excited to have her in Tennessee with us.

I have be living here for two years. My wife and I left our home because of some health conditions made it difficult to maintain our home properly. We did our shopping and found Townview to look and feel homey, not at all like a motel or hotel. We have a fenced and gateted private parking, putting green, horseshoe court, personal flower or veggie garden. Boxed up on request , pol room theater, ice cream parlor, large activity room. Professional entertainment, a beautiful chaple And many other games available whenever wanted, three meals a day, and so much more to entertain and so much more. I find myself feeling very much at home with alage family of friends. Must see it all.

WOW! A beautifully decorated, warm, welcoming atmosphere with everything you could imagine. Three prepared meals every day. I was told by a resident that she loved the dining, and she said it was "delicious." Speaking of dining the beautifully decorated, upscale, welcoming area makes you feel comfortable while enjoying your meals. You can enjoy the movie theater, ice cream parlor, library, beauty shop, knitting nook, and activities every day of the month. It is not assisted living. It is apartment living at its very best. I must tell you about the security. The entire area is fenced, and the entances are secured, buzz in only. Did I mention the beautifully decorated hallways, common areas, and the housekeeping is superior. It's a wonderful place for anyone over 55 looking for a new home.

The staff is amazing to their residents. There is so much for them to do. There is a movie theater, a ice cream parlor, an active room, a billiard room, a chapel, and a small store so they can get small items and not have to leave.

I recently moved my father into town view Senior living. My experience has been great. The staff has been very helpful and responsive. Travis in Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The concierge staff don't mind helping with any problem. The apartment is lovely. And there's a wonderful sense of community among both the residents and the staff. Both residents and staff have gone out of their way to make him feel welcome. The facility is small enough that he can get around in it without feeling intimidated or lost. It's centrally located to many things in Johnson City. I'm really happy with this facility.
