Just moved in, but so far it's great! The office staff is communicative and went out of their way to help me get in. The building is old---Turned 100 on August 5, 2024---so there are some issues related to age and deferred maintenance, but none of them are beyond manageable for me. The residents seem friendly, and there's a real sense of community here.

Well I just moved here my floor is a very clean floor I love the ideal it's a 100year olde building by al Capone,,,,,elevators need a lot of work,, but yes I love the place,yes it has bed bugs but clean up your apartment.....don't be nasty....there's a lot here nasty.....wish they would kick all that are nasty out that would help...

I lived here for 3 years now with my 10 year old daughter. We have the best managers, Mrs. Anne and Mr. Dave and the office lady Mrs. Lesley, or Lindsay, sorry if I'm wrong it takes me forever with names. But they help and do everything they can for the people who live here. Very safe also, never had an issue with anyone before and no one had an issue with my daughter or me.. I love it here!!!

I lived there for 3 years, could be a good place if it had the management that could make it a good place for older people and disabled people. Needs cleaned up, and remolded.

The building management at this apartment building go out of their way to help the people who need it most! They have an in house Dr., Dr. Clever comes ever 2 weeks to see residents who can't get to or pay to see a Dr.. It is hard to help people who have had difficult and tragic lives, they tend to be stuck in survival mode. Remember this before you judge.
