This place is great. Had our mom moved her from another facility. Deshawn was great to take care of what was needed to get her moved. This place is so welcoming and clean. The staff were all wonderful, food was good. This was the 2nd time here for her.

Great place very beautiful and clean! They took great care of my mom while she was there for 20 days! I wish I could have extended her stay there but Medicaid wouldn't cover it! Very friendly nurses and staff always informed me when something was going on with my mom. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for taking great care of my mom.

A family member came home yesterday after 3 weeks at Princeton. Wow! What a difference in his mobility and breathing! This staff is top notch! He received the very best care from everyone who entered his room (700 ). From the RNs to LPNs to CNAs to wound care to food service (he really liked the food!) to housekeeping to the amazing therapists to medical records to discharge nurse to everyone in the buildingI’m so, so thankful for each of you! The new administrator (May 2025, I believe) is very hands on and regularly on the floor. My family member said he very much looked forward to going home, but would miss his friends (the staff ) that he had made at Princeton. He’s going to have knee replacement in the near future and will most certainly return to Princeton! Thank you and may God bless each of you!

The Nurses and the cna's took better care of my mom this time than they did 3yrs ago but they have some better workers now. Except 2 young cna's that need more training and need to be supervised to make sure they do things like they should. If I hadn't stopped one of them she would've dropped my mom in the floor she obviously hasn't been trained enough with the hoyer lift. As far as the nurses the male nurses they were good except the black nurse got really rude one night because my mom couldn't take her medicine fast enough to suit her so she jerked it out of my mom's hand and she didn't get her medicine that night. She had this misfortune of having her again the next night and I explained to her my mom had a stroke and has to take her medicine one at a time so she did better. The male nurse is rude and has no bedside manner what so ever. There were 2 days my mom didn't get her medicine at all. One day was because the Man that's over Princeton now had them tied up and the nurses couldn't give out medicine so nobody got their medicines that day. And another day and a half was because somebody screwed up and the pharmacy didn't get the prescription or whatever but thankfully they let me bring her medicine from home and they gave it to her or she would've been waiting 2 more days till they straightened that out. The worse thing is my mom got hurt and she completely missed her husband's funeral because she wasn't strapped in their bus the right way and she went flying out of her wheelchair and under the front seat. And to make matters worse she got hurt and couldnt finish her therapy so they booted her out and sent her home. So basically my mom got screwed because people didnt do their job and nobody took responsibility for it. Some things have gotten better and some things haven't since she was there 4yrs ago. The place is nice and clean and the rooms are nice but they still need to work and improve things and do better. I don't think its right the patients pay the price for people screwing up and not doing their jobs. They worried about me telling my friends and family on Facebook the truth about what happened when they need to be worried about the young cna telling everyone when they get there that they're going to.get bedsores and there's nothing you can do about it that they're too busy to keep diapers changed and the patients cleaned. That's what she told my mom and me the first day she was there. This is a nice place but things definitely need to change and be improved. They're lucky I didnt give the same review I gave 3yrs ago.

The therapy was a waste. It is hard to do therapy when you are medicated. Got 1- 1/2 hours of therapy in 11 days. After 7 days, including weekend, the office and insurance decided my Papaw was not making enough progress, and started the discharge process. He could have stayed awake and did more. They allowed him to stay the weekend, though. The nursing staff was great, loving, caring, hard working. Avra and Monica were wonderful. It was a clean and nice facility.

Wonderful facility centrally located in Johnson City. The staff has been exceptionally kind and attentive to our 90 year old aunt. She feels safe and cared for and we feel relieved she is in a facility where she can receive the care and attention she needs at this point in her life. So glad they have an active social calendar that keeps the residents engaged. The entire staff is so helpful. Five stars is not enough.

Our mother was sent to this facility recently and I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the minute you walk in the door, you can see that it is far superior in many ways to any other facility in the area. It is super clean, decorated with a warm, home touch and the food was excellent. From the front desk clerk to the Executive Director, you feel welcome there and know that your loved one's recovery is paramount. Every single person, no matter what their position, was completely professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The improvement that we have seen from the day our mother went there until she was released is nothing short of remarkable! They have a complete understanding of the patient's needs and make every effort to follow through. I have told everyone how pleased we were with Princeton and will continue to do so. If you have a loved one that needs rehab or is looking for assisted living, I highly recommend this facility!

Beautiful place, clean, welcoming. My father’s experience there was less than stellar. His room was clean when we arrived. Not so for the duration of his visit. His sheets were dirty, the floor was sticky, he was not cleaned up. Trash in the floor. Rarely changed his clothing so he was put to bed with food stained clothing from the day before. On the plus side I loved his OT Haley she was always helping and so kind. Chris from psych really listened to concerns and was very helpful. Jessica his weekend nurse was great. Wound care was excellent One evening I couldn’t find anyone so I took his filthy blanket off the bed and put in laundry basket. Next day no blanket or his bed. I very nice nurse from another hall came in to get one for him. The topper was they discharged him to assisted living with a midline in place!!!! Assisted living said there was no record in his discharge notes except IV meds. So we had to get an RN out there quickly to get it out. I called DON she was not sympathetic at all. Final thought this place has great potential but needs better or more responsive staffing

This place is immaculate compared to other assisted living & transitional care places that I have seen/been inside of. It's very home like feeling because the staff treats any and everyone like their own family no matter their job title! Everyone at Princeton goes out of their way to make sure your experience here is wonderful. Over all such a clean, friendly, and lovely place for your loved ones to get the care they need whether it's assisted living or for wound care, therapy services, etc.

My grandpa received wonderful care from all of the staff while he was there for rehab. The therapists were knowledgeable and the nurses and cnas were caring and kind. The new administrator Jason was very friendly and helpful. We would often stop by his office on the way in/out to say hi. My grandpa's case worker Heather was very compassionate to our needs and was always there to listen when we needed her. Deanna took care of all of his equipment needs and had everything delivered before he left the facility! She was so sweet too! My grandpa is also a picky eater and he said the food was delicious!!! The facility was also very beautiful and clean!! We will definitely recommend Princeton to our family and friends for their rehab needs! Overall a 5-star experience!!!

I had a stay at Princeton for rehab after being in a terrible motor vehicle accident. I needed IV antibiotics after a surgery. I was hours from home so it was a very lonely time. The staff at Princeton transitional Care was so comforting and professional which eased the discomfort of this time. Also, Heather, who is the caseworker there offered so much care, assistance, and advice. I had not known any other healthcare professional anywhere who took time and care like she did. The facility is clean and so comfortable. I consider it a tremendous blessing and I am so grateful.

My grandmother had a recent stay at Princeton and I can’t say enough great things about our experience! The rehab she received was wonderful and the nursing staff were caring and kind to her. During the time of her stay, we wasn’t sure that she would be able to return home independently and had no idea where to turn. Her case manager Heather was there with us every step of the way, and even though we had to have some difficult family discussions, Heather was so helpful and compassionate. She truly is a gift to families in our situation!! A huge thank you to everyone at Princeton!!

My mother was a resident at Princeton for two years prior to moving closer to our family in Kentucky. During that time, the staff was wonderful during such a difficult time. In particular, Chad, her favorite nurse, who is a fantastic asset to Princeton , Brittany, Director of Nursing, who was wonderful with facilitating moms transfer, and Kristen who provided much needed transportation , kindness, and shopping (she misses you!). A special thanks to Michael and his Maintainence staff who were a phenomenal help throughout her stay and during our move. We couldn’t have done it without you all!
