This facility is wonderful! My friend's mother is here and loves it. I visit her often and the staff is wonderful. Lots of activities every week and delicious food.

Love everything about Everlan Independent Living! All of the staff are great, the residents are welcoming, the apartments are beautiful and comfortable, and the food is delicious. If you want to live there (I highly recommend it!), you should get there quick and check it out!

Awesome place, great personnel! Heather, our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone there seemed to be happy, staff and residents. We were looking the place over for my sister-in-law who currently lives in Chapel Hill, my wife is ready to drag her over here and plop her in Everlan as soon as she can pack her bags!!

The team at Everlan Johnson City promote an active lifestyle for their independent seniors with several activities, exercise classes, outings and groups to participate in every day! They offer a variety of floorplans with in-room washer, dryer and full kitchens with automatic dishwashers. The weekly housekeeping and all inclusive meal options are fantastic! It is very comforting to have the assisted living and memory care community down the street for future needs if they arise.

What a gem! This is the place to be if you want an activity filled complex with a warm and caring staff. The restaurant serves fresh, creative food in a beautiful atmosphere that would compete with a 5 star restaurant anywhere else and a stunning view. You can continue to live an active and purposeful life. It is a safe and secure place where the management and employees care about the residents.
