My Mom has been at Brookdale Jackson Oaks for two years and has received great care. Angie Powers has been so helpful through-out the time there. The entire team, Clint, maintenance, housekeeping, and of course, all the cafeteria personnel have been professional and very caring. Thanks to all.

Jackson Oaks is a safe, friendly place for an older person in your life. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have taken so much care in getting our mom settled. She has lots of friends there. While it isn't home, it is nice to know she is safe and someone is available if needed.

After visiting and researching the independent and assisted living facilities in Jackson, we chose Brookdale Jackson Oaks. My mom has lived at Jackson Oaks for three years, and we have been extremely pleased with the staff and accommodations. Mother has ample opportunities for making friends and participating in activities, many of which are open to her family. The staff responds quickly to her requests and concerns and makes her feel that she is safe and cared for. The facility regularly makes changes and improvements to better meet the needs of its residents. The staff often goes the extra mile to make sure the facility is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-run. If we had to choose again, we would choose Brookdale Jackson Oaks.

My Mom has been living at this facility for 3 years. The staff are professional, yet caring and loving at the same time. They address any needs/concerns promptly, and take great care to engage the residents. We are very happy to have chosen Brookdale for my Mom's care.

I have toured this gorgeous Assisted Living multiple times .. the living accommodations are exceptional and the food is as good as any upscale restaurant! You can see how happy the Seniors that live there are.. you can see the love and care that the staff give them!

Jackson Oaks is a lovely facility!! My company provides hospice service when needed to their residents and they are a great partner! The people are amazing and wonderful to work with and they love their residents!! I highly recommend this facility!

The place seems really nice. I was called for a interview there. I was really excited about coming to work there. I went for my drug test. I was supposed to be waiting on my background check. I have NEVER failed a drug test or background check. Now the lady who interviewed me will not take my call. I have left 6 voicemails and she will not return my call. I cant figure out what the deal is. If they didnt want to hire me why go to the experience of sending me for a drug test. I went and bought clothes to wear to work based off of I had the job as long as my background and drug test were ok. Based off of how they treated me as a presumptive employee I wont recommend them to anyone I know looking for a place to live. Am I wrong to expect a little respect?

I have lived here 3 years. The actives are the best. I am not physically able to attend all of them but love it when I can. All of the staff are very helpful to me if I need anything. If I need emergency help I just push a button.
