I toured Holiday Manor at Steeplechase with Spencer and loved the community. The grounds and view are stunning, especially the back units. The place was very clean and the renovation well done. The dining room is beautiful, open, and welcoming. I toured around lunchtime and it was sweet to see so many residents sitting together with other residents or family members. There is a wide variety of floor plans offered and the two bedroom felt really nice and spacious. Definitely not "cookie-cutter" like some other places felt. Rent is surprisingly reasonably priced compared to the other communities I looked at in the Franklin area and the location can't be beat. I highly recommend!

I couldn't have asked for a better place for my Mom's transition to Independent living. Shara was a Godsend to our family. She was our introduction to the facility. Mom came away from the initial meeting knowing this was "her spot". Shara not only assisted with the initial transition, she continues to offer support. Mom has transitioned well. And, I can rest easy knowing Shara and staff have their residents best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

We attended an event here with my dad and the renovations are beautiful. It is a bit pricey compared to other places but the residents were very friendly and Shara was very kind and knowledgeable.

My Mom lived here for a year and a half. She only moved because she needed full assisted living care, but for an independent living facility, the property and building are beautiful and the apartments are too. Highly recommended. They do have new ownership and just put a lot of money into the building as well.

I had a checking account change and a checking was returned. I tried to pay my rent with my debit card (local) and with my credit card (Visa) "We do not accept cards". I went to the bank and got CASH.. We do not accept cash !!!!! I have new checks coming in 4 days. They want a Check. A place that will not accept CASH. I will be moving ASAP

Very friendly place with lots of comrodery. Clean and neat on an awesome piece of real estate in a superb location. Trish is an amazing ambassador for your product. I wanted my Mom to move here but I was out voted by my relatives who live here in Nashville. We live in the great state of Texas!

I was out with my family looking for a place for my Stepmothers Mother to live when we came across this Retirement Community. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Great staff, wonderful people beautiful place even asked us to stay for lunch everything was great !

My mother lived here from 2013-2019. In that time there were many management turnovers, the quality of food went down and the facility upkeep also went down. This company doesnt seem to be concerned about the senior community they are involved in - in short - know what youre signing up for. Also understand fully your move-out policy. We signed in understanding that we just needed a 30 day notice to leave - what we didnt understand is that they will charge rent for the entire month of the month after you give your notice. We gave notice Jan 4 & expected a pro-rated 4 days of Feb. rent and were charged for the full month of Feb. The regional manager said she would check into a possible refund for a portion of that month - but of course we have not heard back. i have left several messages. Very disappointing.

We have been looking for a retirement center for my mom and dad. The Manor was far superior to anything else we looked at in the Franklin area in terms of the architectural beauty of the apartment and the friendliness of the staff and management. They really made us feel at home. We found the overall cost to be less than others in the area, while offering many benefits. My parents are moving in soon and very excited about their new life at the Manor at Steeplechase!

We have been living at the Manor for almost four months and we love it. What I appreciate most is staff courtesy and responsiveness. The management rolls up their sleeves with hands on involvement with residents. The food is good; there are dozens of activities and transportation is available to important destinations and appointments. We are very happy with our clean and comfortable apartment. Dont hesitate to look here for a great place to enjoy retirement!
