I would highly recommend StoryPoint for your loved ones! The facility is impeccable. The level of care and attention they receive is unparalleled. Of course, like any other review, this is my opinion. I would suggest you go for a tour and ask some of the residents! They celebrate their veteran population, monthly, and go above and beyond to make them feel special. In addition, they have a staff of dedicated professionals that apply indefatigable effort in all they do! I am glad my family live there and I love to visit! #leadvolunteer

It’s an awesome place to live my grandfather loves. Out of all the 10 places I had to choose from I chose them. They are very friendly, kind hearted, and respectful and on their feet about communication. If looking for somewhere for your loved one that’s in a great price range and also clean and beautiful go with them they are like family now.

I just want to say that I am totally impressed by StoryPoint. My Mom is there after having surgery at 94 and has never wanted to be anywhere but home. - but she is doing great!!!! I went into this decision very guarded and investigated every option within 20 minutes of me (I'm in Collierville)and there were some very good ones...but I know now I made the best decision I could have, for her and me! This place is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. The administration is so inviting and accommodating and the residents are just as sweet as they can be!!!! When people ask me about where she is, I compare it to staying at a very nice Hilton with all the amenities and excellent food!!! Just to clarify - I am there most everyday - and I never meet with an unfriendly staff member and they are always so gracious--- also the Physical Therapist is excellent and very kind. If you need a place for your loved one, I would not hesitate to recommend StoryPoint in Collierville, just very thankful that I did!!!!

A friend of mine moved into Story Point about a year ago and absolutely loves it. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff members are very caring and friendly. The meals are very well prepared with a good variety. Story Point is such an asset to the Collierville Community and serves very well our senior adults. I could certainly see myself wanting to live there one day in the not too distant future.

This facility is perfectly located for the Memphis area. Collierville Area is a great place for retirement as well as growth. The staff is great and the residents there are wonderful. There's always something for the residents to do, the Life enrichment team does a great job of making sure the seniors are able to go on outings and have fun In house activities. I'd recommend this facility to anyone whos interested in living in luxury and comfort.

The residents are so very happy and well cared for. The culinary options are plentiful, nutritious, and comparable to any local 4-5 star restaurant. The Life Enrichment program is incredible and the care staff are some of the best of the best in the area.

Terrific!!! I think Ive found a place for my mother. I have my fingers crossed , but from what Ive seen so far, it looks like Ive finally found the place. The buildings seem very well built and the management seem very professional, and caring. Im actually anxious for the place to open but my stress level is falling.

I have to say I have been very impressed with StoryPoints Collierville location. Its a place I feel comfortable with, a place I could see myself in. So it made it easier to have Mom there. The facility is very nicely built and bright and cheerful. A lot of attention went into making it a sunny, pleasant environment. Im grateful for StoryPoint.

This community is going to be magnificent. It is beautiful and will offer an amazing retirement experience for seniors in the greater Collierville area. It is in a great location, right by the new high school - it will be convenient for family to visit and for seniors to attend their grandchildrens events. If you want to live like a queen or king, this is the place for you.
