From a Vendor for Storypoint in Collierville, I would highly recommend. The Director Ken was very informative, prompt, and understanding of the situation at hand along with his maintenance team. FlyLock Memphis was able to accomplish what 2 other vendors were not able to, with that establishing a great foundation with this customer moving forward. Give these guys a raise!

I explored the facility for respite care, the level of service I received is indescribable. I’m confident in saying Mamie treats everyone who contacts StoryPoint with the same level of care and compassion. I assumed Mamie was the owner, despite not using the facility, she has called to check on me 3 times in the 11 months since my initial call to StoryPoint. It’s evident that helping others navigate an unfamiliar time in their life is more than a job to her, it’s a calling and I am forever grateful.

We have been residents for four years in independent living. We came after my wife had a stroke. She received wonderful care and support from staff on her road to recovery while in our own apartment .We even brought our cockapoo Walter. She is now totally recovered and we love it here. We didn’t know we would be moving into a new family. We have made so many wonderful friends and we truly care for each other. The choice of activities is extensive. We participate in chair exercise, Tai Chi, Bridge and The StoryPoint Singers. There are multiple other opportunities such as Bible studies, a book club, writing club, bingo and a Sunday church service. We also have a bus that will take residents to Dr appointments and also goes on many outing including grocery shopping weekly . We have a wonderful chef. Our apartment has a full kitchen but we seldom use it because we enjoy the varied menus and choices so much. Heart healthy dishes are emphasized. If needed room service is available. StoryPoint Collierville has far exceeded any expectations we had for a retirement community. It is warm and loving, and I am proud to call it home. It provides me with the security to know that if we need help it is just a pull cord away. I would highly recommend StoryPoint Collierville as a great place to live. Bill and Pat Entrekin

I am very impressed with this facility! Love all the activities for all the residents and how the staff interacts with them. I was most impressed with the food service! You must have an amazing chef! Not only does the food look and taste amazing but he takes the time to get to know the residents and what they want! This place has THE best chef. Really pays attention to detail on each individual that resides there. The staff is hands on, organized, and extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place 100000xx for anyone's grandparents/parents that are looking for an assisted living home. Also, I need to reiterate how amazing the head chef is there. None other like him!!!

Make life long friends in no time! Thats what happened when my parents moved to Collierville 2 yrs ago. Wonderful support for my mom as dad went through his illness. The staff in enhanced living loved both my parents throughout the months of need. Now that mom is alone, their concern for her is still there! Love the personal care they show.

Our investigation of independent living facilities pointed us toward StoryPoint of Collierville. The comparison with other local units was very favorable. Our tour revealed a facility that is very modern and suitable to our needs. For those independent living residents who need limited assistance the staff includes attendants who are capable of assistance with many needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues that arise for the resident population. The assistance program is not certified assisted living but those services that can be provided refer to a category they call enhanced living. For those residents who do not need the full resources of assisted living the enhanced living system can be an economical and suitable alternative.

It’s an awesome place to live my grandfather loves. Out of all the 10 places I had to choose from I chose them. They are very friendly, kind hearted, and respectful and on their feet about communication. I would highly recommend StoryPoint for your loved ones! The facility is impeccable. The level of care and attention they receive is unparalleled. Of course, like any other review, this is my opinion. I would suggest you go for a tour and ask some of the residents! They celebrate their veteran population, monthly, and go above and beyond to make them feel special. I just want to say that I am totally impressed by StoryPoint. My Mom is there after having surgery at 94 and has never wanted to be anywhere but home. - but she is doing great!!!! I went into this decision very guarded and investigated every option within 20 minutes of me (I'm in Collierville)and there were some very good ones...but I know now I made the best decision I could have, for her and me! This place is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. The administration is so inviting and accommodating and the residents are just as sweet as they can be!!!! When people ask me about where she is, I compare it to staying at a very nice Hilton with all the amenities and excellent food!!! Just to clarify - I am there most everyday - and I never meet with an unfriendly staff member and they are always so gracious--- also the Physical Therapist is excellent and very kind. If you need a place for your loved one, I would not hesitate to recommend StoryPoint in Collierville, just very thankful that I did!!!!

A friend of mine moved into Story Point about a year ago and absolutely loves it. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff members are very caring and friendly. The meals are very well prepared with a good variety. Story Point is such an asset to the Collierville Community and serves very well our senior adults. I could certainly see myself wanting to live there one day in the not too distant future.

This facility is perfectly located for the Memphis area. Collierville Area is a great place for retirement as well as growth. The staff is great and the residents there are wonderful. There's always something for the residents to do, the Life enrichment team does a great job of making sure the seniors are able to go on outings and have fun In house activities. I'd recommend this facility to anyone whos interested in living in luxury and comfort.

I deliver medicine for a pharmacy and my last stop of the day was to the Enhanced Living section of Story Point. Upon arrival I went through the first set of doors and hit the call button. I was then let in by a young lady and she told me where the room number I was looking was. Upon leaving I engaged in a conversation with the young lady who had earlier let me in. Her name is Kayla Mcghee. I have to say she is by far the most amazing person I have come into contact with at Story Point. Her positive attitude, cheerful, happy and bigger than life personality is what this world needs more of!! She is without a doubt an amazing person and the best worker in this industry I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking to! She deserves a raise and honor for the outstanding person she is!
