Tabatha has been an absolute blessing to our family during one of the most difficult times we have ever faced. My dad is heartbroken over having to place his wife in memory care, and Tabatha has treated him with incredible kindness, patience, and compassion throughout the entire process. She has taken the time to answer every question we’ve had and is always available when I call or text. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The entire facility has made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident that my stepmother will be in caring and capable hands. Tabatha has made an incredibly difficult transition a little easier for my dad and our entire family. We are deeply grateful for her help and would highly recommend both Tabatha and this facility to any family facing this difficult decision.

Recently had the pleasure of learning about your beautiful community, both inside and out, and I’m seriously considering it as a potential home for my grandparents. A CNA by the name of Dan recommended your facility, and after seeing what you offer, I’m very excited about the possibility of them becoming a part of your community. We’ll be starting the application process next week, we’re looking for a loving and graceful environment where they can enjoy their remaining days in comfort and peace. The location is excellent , with only a 7-minute commute from our home, which will make it easy for us to stay closely connected. Ciel is a wonderful facility with highly talented staff. Administration and direct care staff listens to the residents and families with any concerns and are very easy to talk with. I have been very pleased with the support and care that the residents receive.

Gorgeous community from the minute you step inside. Passionate caregivers work here that pride themselves in caring for their residents. Residents seem to look forward to meals and interacting with the invested dining staff. Very active community with lots of love to share.

My mother has been a resident at Springhouse Village in Collierville for a year. She is so happy there. They help her to have a good day every day! She loves the activities and all of her caregivers. Springhouse Village has been diligent in keeping the residents free of the covid virus which we are so thankful for! We feel so blessed to have mother there.
