I came to live at Garden Plaza at Cleveland five years ago and it's one of the best things that I could have ever done. I have friends, feel safe and my health has been so much better. I'm a member of the Bell Choir, go to exercise classes and jump on the bus for daily trips. Don't wait too late, enjoy it today!

My husbands grandmother has been residing at Garden Plaza for almost five years- she has no living children or spouse. We moved her to Garden plaza when after visiting her in an out state independent facility found it to be unsafe and unsanitary. While living at garden plaza- she has had her apartment cleaned every week, amazing meals, and amazing care. The facility is beautiful and Ken the director has always been helpful to her and us. We have three small children and felt worried about how to manage looking after her more while raising our family and we now feel so confident in her home. She loves it here- she feels happy and safe. There have been times staff has gone out of their way to help her when they didn't have to. I wouldn't To recommend this to anyone or their loved ones!

Garden Plaza of Cleveland is a wonderful facility! Ken, Phila and Lynda are phenomenal people that truly care for the people that live in their community. Very clean and always neatly put together. This makes a perfect place to live! Great dinning options and fun events to participate in.

All I can do is sing praises about Garden Plaza at Cleveland! On October 12, 2023, I visited retirement centers. I knew the moment I walked into Garden Plaza, it was the best fit for my 87-year-old dad! With severe wet and dry macular degeneration, my dad was not eating as well as he should, getting exercise, or getting the social interaction he needed. That all changed as we celebrated on October 16th when he moved into his new Garden Plaza home! One month after he moved in, he looks strong, vibrant, and happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Garden Plaza is an excellent living facility for your loved ones. My mother was treated with kindness, respect, and love. The staff is awesome and we were very pleased with her apartment on the independent side and the way she was treated by all. Ken is the Director and keeps open communication for families and they include extended family during all holidays as well as throughout the year!

I spent the day there this summer when Nova Nahill invited us for pet day. The staff were amazing and the residents were so happy and friendly. We had a great time sharing our animals with the residents and staff. It's a beautiful facility!

From the first visit to tour and learn about this facility, the staff at Garden Plaza Cleveland has been superior. They make everyone feel at home, special, included and wanted. My mother moved into independent living in March of 2019 and has enjoyed her new surroundings. She has made friends and smiles a lot. Recently she had a fall which required her to be moved to assisted living on a temporary basis. Ken Bolin, Executive Director was most kind and generous in facilitating the move. Lynda Copley, Marketing, made sure we had everything we needed and Nova Nahill from nursing has been very receptive to our questions and cleared any concerns quickly and efficiently. It was wonderful that this move was just down the hall, having both independent and assisted living in the same building. I would highly recommend Garden Plaza Cleveland for your family member. They truly care. The peace of mind that my mother is well cared for in priceless.

My parents had to move from their garden home at the Garden Plaza to the Assisted living Apartment in September of this year ,I was there with them for about 8 days during the transition & saw the staff work to help them learn there new routine, my dad first had to go to their Rehabilitation facility up on the hill for a short time til he was transferred to Assisted living with my mom, all of the staff I met at assisted living & rehabilitation facility truly care about my parents, anytime there was any problem, It has been looked into & dealt with in a timely matter, also I live 10 hours away and am able to tx Nova at any time I need to get updates on my parents or any questions I may have , she answers me right away & deals with any problems they make have.

I recently got to tour the facility and it was very clean and well kept. While I don't have a family member here, if the need ever arose, I would certainly think of Garden Plaza first. I'm doing business with them so I've gotten to meet some of the staff They are all so kind. Anytime I pass one of the residents, they always seem to be happy and in good spriits. Consider Gardn Plaza if one of your loved ones needs a good place to live.
